I downloaded this app a few days ago and I connected a couple of accounts that I run through my TikTok. The results were coming out. Amazing! Beautiful video quality, quick creation time and you get five free video creations every day which I thought was really nice. I hooked up my accounts and started creating and was having a lot of fun. But then a few days ago I went to login and it will not let me create on any of my accounts. I’m still able to watch content like and comment and add friends, but when I go to create, it says “suspicious activity can’t create at this time” the lack of communication I think is what’s bothering me the most. They have not sent me any notification messages or emails, letting me know why my accounts are suspended. I’ve also sent messages through their support and feedback area on the app and I have not heard anything back and I have emailed them and I have not heard anything back. So that’s why I can’t give it five stars.
Needs more Improvements

App needs a lot of improvement to be a very good app. The mobile and web apps dont share the same database. So what you create on the web app wont appear on the mobile app and vice-versa. The mobile app is slower to generate videos, and get stuck loading once generation is complete. I also have the ultimate plan on the web app but Im unable to download my generations on the mobile app without a watermark, need to share to get around it. Credits are still shared between mobile and web so thats good. The mobile app is not UI/UX friendly, needs improvements in that department. If they can fix these issue it would make for a better experience.
Can’t use reference images

I don’t understand the point of being able to generate images within the app just to get hit with “sorry, uploading reference images is unavailable in your region”. Basically every image and video that recreate has to be something created from the prompt itself since you can’t use any reference images for anything. Extremely disappointed in this.
Very buggy and it doesn’t let me do much as for my account settings

I was introduced to this app by a friend and I was excited at first, but unfortunately, when I made the account I signed up for the $15 a month membership however it continues to say I’m not upgraded but yet also when I go to claim my daily credits, it never goes up from the current amount that it has now I don’t know what in the world is going on as as well as as for I think that we should use a picture of ourselves for the AI cast thing because I’m not liking the way it depicts me at all
