Fix your issues

I like your match game a lot and would continue to play EXCEPT every single time I try to watch an Ad to get extra time or a booster to help win the level, no ads appear and the game is over. I rarely watch ads but sometimes they are necessary to win super hard levels. I hope you fix the issues and maybe I’ll try your app again in the future

Annoying ads

The game itself isn’t bad but the ads make me not want to play at all. Every couple of minutes there is an ad which is extremely annoying. You watch more ads and have to close pops ups of purchasing something in game than actually play the game. If they would fix that aspect I’m sure more people would want to play. I’m not paying $5 to have the no ads version and that’s exactly what they want you to do to minimize ads. Not remove them, but minimize them. No thanks…I’ll just not play.

Sorry about the ads! They help us keep the game free, but we’re working to make them less intrusive. Please contact us in the game settings for an ad-free experience!

Ok but Rewards Aren’t Given

I reported that I am not getting credit for the team event. It constantly shows that I have one lollipop and I should be leading because I play all the time. And now it’s saying that I can’t collect the reward chests because I need to contribute when I clearly did. I provided screenshots. However, they said thanks for the suggestion. I’ve been playing for a long time but why should I play and not be able to get the rewards that I earned?! 👎👎👎👎

Way way too many ads

I’ve had games that had a lot of ads like way too many ads. This probably was the top one that had the worst even upon opening the Settings section just to disable the music a ad pops up that is ridiculous. Granted, I understand having ads to help pay for the app. I can understand maybe an ad every few minutes or even after a section of beating a level but to open the section of the Settings menu …..Definitely deleting..

Sorry for the unpleasant caused by the ads. It's a free game that relies on ads for revenue, but we'll minimize their impact on gameplay. You can "Contact us" in the game settings for an ad-free experience.
