This game is awesome. I love the setting and premise, and the gameplay experience is smooth and simple. There’s also a lot of customisation! There are some things that I think would help out, like new armour sets or a transmog-like option so I can use whichever armour I want without worrying about stats, and maybe some variety in track layout. I’m not sure how historically accurate it would be, but it would add a lot if there were some tracks that weren’t only ovals. Finally, there are some bugs that I’ve noticed: In my main save, if my armour is broken, my black hair will revert to gold for the final race in a series. Sometimes multiple racers will receive the same medal at the end of the same race.I’m rooting for you guys, because you did fantastic with Knight Lancer!

I think with Knight Lancer we were amazed to see people just playing our game, and now going into Chariot Rivals I don't know why but we just didn't think about what it would feel like having fans of our style supporting us. It feels great! 🙈 Most of all though, thank you for your patience and detailed response. Bugs first: v1.04 will include a fix for the hair colour changing when starting a race without your helmet. The random "loss" recording issue should now be fixed in v1.03 but let us know if it shows up again. Multiple racers receiving the same medal at the end of a race is not one we've seen yet, but we'll look into it while we're working on v1.04.Regarding features! All armours and helmets should automatically give '5' armour/hp rating after you've completed the main season. We checked and it does this in the race but does not show this on the shop view. That's now fixed in v1.04!Track layout is a big one 🧐 we experimented heavily with this at the start of development / concepting over a year ago, and absolutely would have done it but found that it wasn't much fun with Chariot Rivals' control scheme and quickly tired out our thumbs! It's not ruled out however, and we've got plans for something similar to the bonus rounds in Knight Lancer that will make things more interesting or even have non-oval tracks.And new armour is an absolute certainty. Likely not in v1.04 but as we shift from bug fixing to new features it'll start trickling in there.Thanks once again for the feedback and the vote of confidence, it's great to have you with us on Chariot Rivals' journey to become the most fun chariot racing game out there! 😁
It’s a pretty simple game, but I don’t have a problem with that. It’s fun, engaging, is rewarding to get better at. The problem is that I keep winning the races, and the game’s score and mini map counts them as losses! The score doesn’t go up, and nothing is worse than winning the race, getting the currency, and then going back to the map and seeing a fat 0 at the location you just competed in. I’d like to try to 100% the game, but without the score reflecting that it feels pointless, therefore making the whole experience pointless.Hope to see this issue fixed soon.

Once you purchase the full game it will not allow you to play and when attempting to restore the purchase the game crashes. Essentially paid for the app to no longer work, ehich is weird because I didn’t have an issue until I purchased the full version.

I would say maybe a little more story should’ve been added before but it’s still highly replayable doesn’t get too repetitive and is a ton of fun fr. And I know yall will update

I had an issue with the game and these guys were immediately on it. The app was back working correctly in under 24 hours. The game is also super fun!

i love the game and the music BUT i wish there tutorial had gone into depth a bit more i was confused on how to run the enemies off the road with my horses or my wagon precisely but besides that great game

Read title controls are just not good over sensitive and also no tutorial so maybe I’m just bad at the game but the chariots always overshoot and over turn or get stuck on the wall and I wish there was a alternative control method
I beat it the day I downloaded it and bough the full game right away! very fun and hopefully more features, need more replayability/variety in my opinion

If you've tried out Knight Lancer previously you'll have some idea of what might be in store 😉 keep an eye on us, we'll be tinkering away and pushing out updates as regularly as we can!
I love both this and Knight Lancer, but I would absolutely love if you made the game free and then added in app purchases. Cause the little demo before it makes you pay is super fun.
開發者回覆Hi, thanks for the review! Chariot Rivals has the same approach as Knight Lancer and the game will give you an option to watch an advert instead of paying anything if you choose with a (very) occasional paywall. Race away, friend!
Never got the full game. Tried to restore it many times. Payment finally went through so I’m getting a refund. Lost all interest in the game now. Update didn’t work btw. Still can’t restore my purchase. Disappointed because I enjoyed the game for what little I got to play it.
