I have paid for a commercial account since Covid, 4 years, so that I could meet with my family members weekly across the country and they would not have to pay. Now Zoom is requiring that they each individually pay for an account as per last night. Many of them are seniors on fixed incomes that practically love for this weekly meeting to see loved ones and they can’t afford a commercial account. Is this any way to treat a 4 year customer base?

Love zoom , it’s the easiest things next to FaceTime to make use of your time and management skills all at one time in the same place without having to be in a crammed room for a meeting. I just have one question. If I’m paying for Zoom yet being back in school now, I would just afford it a Zoom account through the school how can I have them join forces rather than have separate accounts?

Zoom Workplace is truly where it all happens! This app is incredible and offers so many different tools and options for business use. You can record, take notes, have a set background no matter where you are, connect with other applications that offer even more tools like Sheets and Slides just to name a couple. This really is an essential that anyone conducting business and looking to effectively reach their clients and partners should include in their toolkit. Just try it out! You’ll love it!

Zoom is helping me make my life better week by week. I use Zoom to meet with my counselor to deal with depression, anxiety and ADHD. I can see her and hear her without any problems and I'm not distracted. Zoom is simple to use too! You can change the background in your scene. You can change the ratio of the picture. It's one tap to start or end a conversation. Take a step up to better communication.

My Zoom account worked for well for some years then was hacked by Chinese hackers, in a HIPAA compliant private zoom room, for which I paid extra. The company was terrible to work with trying to get reimbursed or trying to establish a new account. I eventually met with a zoom representative who told me they would give me a credit for this inconvenience which affected both my work and my patients and that never happened. Was the representative really from zoom? Dunno. Beware!

Before Covid I had no idea what zoom was now it has become the familiar vocabulary of me and my friends this is convenient and easy to used! As one of Jehovah’s Witinesses I know people all over the earth I can attend meetings, weddings,social gatherings, and even do my public ministry all from the comfort of my home!Great too for us that experience cold weather during the year!

Zoom is even better now that the world know about it & is familiar with it. Grateful for the sound, the quality of the picture & the security. I conference on it, see clients, do family therapy & family gatherings.I only wish AI would stop trying to record my confidential calls, or offer to send notes to my people. Not okay for my line of business.

Zoom workplace is very simple and easy to use for any person who needs to do interviews, coaching calls, or virtual meetings… It’s also tracking your movement, so you’re always going to be at the center in the video… I really like it and would recommend it to any person who wants to use it for one of these three choices

I’ve never conducted a zoom meeting while driving. I don’t think it would be safe to do so. But somehow Zoom put me into a driving mode and you have to press the button to speak and it took me out of the Zoom because I couldn’t see anything anymore so I don’t understand what happened. I’ve never had that happen before.

Our congregation has been using this for all of our meetings. The strength we get from being together to worship our God,Jehovah is a life line. Even our door to door ministry is continuing with the aid of Zoom. Many requests for Bible studies are being conducted this way. What a blessing it has been. Thank you.
