My NFL + subscription is active on my phone but I can’t log in through my account.. my email goes through but it’s ask for a password reset and the link to do it right after doesn’t go into my email inbox immediately. I like to do it as well through my Samsung Smart Tv through the NFL app but the log in won’t work either. I hope this gets fixed before the season starts.Days later 8/15: notification popped up regarding a password reset.. got new password.. log back in.. thank you NFL app.

I subscribed annually and it seems like a recurring theme where every time I log in to watch games. App takes me to the subscription tab and asking me to paid. I clicked on restore in app purchase and got a successfully restored confirmation. It still doesn’t let me watch, I love tried it on Wi-Fi and Cellular network and neither are working. At this rate I need a full refund and never subscribe to NFL+ again

I've been using the app for probably close to a decade, the only complaint is the inability to turn off autoplay. I rarely ever have any interest in the videos, and it makes it impossible to watch a game and read articles at the same time. It's annoying enough to make me write my first app review ever. Please change this. It is unacceptable in the year of our lord 2026

I originally had this app rated 1 star because it kept signing me out of my subscriptions, so every few days I’d have to re-sign in to several subscriptions which was unbelievably annoying, but since then, I’ve remained signed in for a few weeks now and it’s become such a better experience. I can just open the app and…use it, crazy! I’m docking a star because if you’re watching a replay of a game and you pause it long enough for the Apple TV to go into screensaver mode, the game starts over from the beginning, which wouldn’t be that bad, but you can’t quickly scroll through the seek bar like pretty much any modern player, you can only skip in 30 second chunks. So if you were at the tail end of a game that means mashing the remote button a bunch, kind of silly.

I have used this service since it started and in the past years, it has been a five star app. This season so far there have been so many technical difficulties, including dubbing the wrong audio over a different game so I am listening to the Jets and watching the Panthers. Please stop having AI put together the condensed play, at least unless there is a human to make sure the right sound goes with the right game.

When signing up for the app you only are allowed to stream the limited amount of games on your mobile device. If you use the app anywhere else such as an Xbox you are required to sign up for an additional paramount plus app. Or change your membership to premium which still won’t give you the live game but allows you to watch it later at an additional cost. All and all just a money grab from another greedy company, not as advertised at all.

The app itself works great: standings, schedules, where you can watch each game, articles, all great stuff. The ads are there and unobtrusive. I have all alerts turned off except game start and final scores for two teams. I have gotten around 5 alerts today for Thursday Night Football, which this week has neither of my teams playing in it. Please fix this. I get enough notifications as is, and if this is not fixed I will just uninstall the app.

One of the best things about having the app is to rewatch Good Morning Football at all hours of the day. I mean, I have a job and can’t watch it between 8 and 12 pm. But apparently they no longer keep the previous episodes on the app and you can only watch it live. Besides watching the games, this was my primary use of the app. Without it, it’s basically worthless unless it is a game day. I’m extremely disappointed and am thinking about using a different option for game play.

This is by far THE worst app I have ever had on any of my devices. It NEVER works, and the “subscription” is a joke! Half the time you go to open the app and it just hangs or says it experienced an error. Closing app, restarting phone, deleting app/reinstalling, phone up to date, none of it WORKS! If you do have the subscription half the time, when you can actually get into the app, it says it can’t find your subscription. This POS is just like the sham that is the NFL. Waste of time and money!
