  • Good app good word good plan

I enjoy the app very much but not much of a fan of the activity count with there was a way to turn it off. Most of the time I’m able to read my verse of the day but some days I work earlier and longer than usual and when I finally get a break to read it it says I missed a day or starts me back at 1 I’m fine with it but someone else might get discouraged seeing that they can’t stay on track and might make them feel like a failure not being able to get high streaks of reading their daily word.

  • Great App

This app has helped me so much in being able to access the Bible wherever I go. All of the resources and podcasts are super helpful and encouraging to me! My one complaint is that there are some minor software tweaks that would make the app even better. The podcasts often don’t keep track of your listening progress and when you try to use the audio Bible offline it tells you that it isn’t available regardless of how many versions you have downloaded that include audio. Overall a great app!

  • An AMAZING tool to have in your arsenal during this spiritual battle!

I love the way you can navigate between the many different versions instantly! If you are in the middle of reading a particular verse or chapter, you can spontaneously switch to a different version if needed and then switch back just as easy. This is really helpful if you are interested in researching a particular word or phrase that may have been used at a different time of the world. The ability to highlight and take notes is really helpful too.

  • The things I like about this bible app

    Gr8estGram

I love the different devotionals that are available to choose from. My main one I use is Through the Bible in a Year. Every year I choose a different one. I also like the fact that I can choose what version I want to read and study and can put different versions side by side. Again I like this app very much. One other feature I like is the audible feature. I struggle with reading for long periods of time but I enjoy following along with the narrator as he reads the scriptures.

  • Smart Reading

If you really want to study the Word, this app makes it possible through different translations to understand what the author is saying, and commentaries for context. I enjoy the ability to have the verse of the day added as a widget on my phone to see every morning and be reminded to get into the word. Even as you go through and find something that sticks out, or maybe you’d like to come back to that verse later, you can highlight with different colors and it saves to your profile.

  • Solid and easy to use

Valuable features: easy navigation to bible passages, wide variety of devotional plans, and lots of options for reading the Bible and praying with others. I also like the feature for highlighting verses and sharing notes about them with others. It would be super cool if there were a way to highlight individual words, but I also know nothing about the tech that would require. Update: I’ve also been quite impressed by the range and depth of the Bible studies and reading plans offered.

  • Couldn’t be happier with this app!

I downloaded this expecting it to just be a basic app where I can read the Bible. There is so much more to it though! It is full of devotionals of all kinds & it automatically puts dates on the plans you chose to start, which helps keep you accountable. I also love that you can pick practically any version of the Bible & it’ll update the devotionals with that version as well, so you’re getting the most out of your reading. There’s just so much more to the app than what meets the eye.

  • Love this app, BUT...

    Biblegirl59

Love using this app and have shared with others. Love the plans and the helps available. Good choice of versions. But, Copy and Paste features are not good, I go to a Bible Gateway for that. Which means when I am taking sermon notes that's the app I need to use instead of this one. Also since the update, the share on Facebook feature has not worked properly, even when I have made sure that everything is enabled. I wish that feature worked with the ease which it did in the past.

  • Always have it

    Mae Mae0913

The Bible app is so convenient and reliable. When you cannot carry or bring along your actual Bible, you will always have the Bible on your phone. And being visually impaired, not being able to read the actual Bible, this one makes it so convenient because it reads it for you. You can change the versions as you wish and also download it to where you can use it off-line, which is very convenient. I have tried other apps, but this one is the most reliable.

  • The best blessing on the go

I have this app on my phone and on my iPad and it is so great when on the go or at home. There are so many features that allow you to get connected with God. From readings, podcasts, short clips and videos. This app has a ton to offer. I do wish that you could take notes on the side when reading passages but that may just be my old school style talking. Now you can click on passages and type whatever notes you need, however long. Come see for yourself
