Superlist: To-Do & Ghi Chú

I’m an neurodivergent systems thinker. This app has provided me with a tool that is almost perfect; for mapping complex ideas and mapping systems. I’m a huge fan. I wish I knew their developers, I have some ideas about making it even better. Thank you for doing Wanderlist and now Superlist, you have been life changing for me.

I had a small bug issue with the recent MCP that they’ve released and these guys were awesome at making sure that they got it done so that me and my team were back on our feet right away. Awesome product functions well super polished and works like a dream!

I’m still using it, but I’m really getting into it and I I can honestly say I like it especially the AI features of when you ask it to create a certain list for a task that you look at it I’m still learning it but I starting to really enjoy it a lot as well so download it you’ll like it
Needs a lot of formatting polish. There are no keyboard shortcuts to change format. This is a notes and planning tool. Ability to edit fast should be fast. I can’t pay so much for the lack basic editing table-stakes features. Examples: If I have numbered list, I can’t select all items on the list and change to bullets. You can’t be real. It’s infuriating when I am in the middle of taking notes and have to think about this tool deficiencies. Even more so when you built AI faster than these basic features.
Has potential to be a great ToDo list app. Was hoping for something like Things with collaboration and cross-platform, but unfortunately this app falls really short when it comes to syncing data and bulk actions. You could spend half an hour creating ToDos and writing notes in a list on the web app (which is already sad, why does no one do native apps anymore?), and then as soon as you open the list on your phone you realize that it only synced 1/3 of the content (most of the time cutting some task off on the middle of the sentence), so you go back to the web app to make sure the data still exists but no, it has removed everything that hadn’t synced entirely from the web app as well. Unfortunately, the app also bricks itself if you’re ever unlucky enough to go anywhere without cell service. The UI is above average and is mostly pleasant, but not yet great. There is no easy way to rearrange things (the long-hold gesture or Force Touch gesture is already associated with something so you always have to wait for that to dismiss itself after a long enough pause), and there’s no way to do any actions in bulk, like delete, move, or check things off. I would appreciate not having a header image forced on me for every list, it takes up precious screen real estate which I’d prefer to have back.
I’ve been using Superlist now and I’m very impressed by its design, features, and performance. It’s a beautiful and intuitive app that helps me organize my tasks, projects, and lists in a simple and elegant way. I love how it integrates with other tools like Google Calendar and Slack, and how it uses AI to make smart suggestions and automate some of the work. It’s also very fast and reliable, and syncs across all my devices seamlessly.Superlist is clearly made by the same team that created Wunderlist, one of my favorite apps of all time. It has the same spirit and charm, but with more power and flexibility. It’s not just a to-do app, but a super list app that can handle anything I throw at it. It’s perfect for both personal and professional use, and for both individuals and teams. The only thing I’m missing is the ability to add widgets to my home screen, so I can see my tasks and lists at a glance. I hope the developers will add this feature soon, as it would make the app even more awesome. Other than that, I have no complaints. Superlist is a fantastic app that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to manage their life. It’s definitely worth the download. 👍
This app is the one I’ve been looking for: list with markdown notes. Other GTD apps focus too much on schedule, they ignored the basic rationale of human beings, we are just not able to perfectly design every step of a project, most often we are just finding our path along the way.But apps like things3, Microsoft todo, they assume you can plan everything ahead and be precise about date and time, come on that’s so stupid and impossible. What I need is a list app that also has great note-taking feature. Notion is good at taking notes, but it is not natively designed as a list app, so I am so desperate to find a list app that works as a list but allows you to take note like Notion, and here it is.I am so happy to see this coming, but I have to say you guys have a long way to go. Please do make the basics above usable level, especially the syncing and saving. It is really annoying to see my notes disappear a newly added part every 3 minutes. And today I even can’t enter the app, it keeps loading on Mac, iPhone and web app. Please, make it usable at least, other cool feature can wait!!
Phản Hồi Từ Nhà Phát TriểnSorry for the loading issues! Can you please try the latest version (1.5.1) again now and check if it loads faster and performs better?
I love how I can modify my categories (and highlight these with my own photos). It’s a simple, standalone application that helps me organize steps for repeatable tasks on my iPhone or iPad - and is just fun to use. I’m interested in offering a community education class to folks so others can become more productive with Superlist - and feel a sense of real accomplishment. Many of us can’t move forward until we clear big projects (physical or mental) first. Superlist entries help me do just that. And the tool can lead to other broader discussions about purpose, use of time, brainstorming, capturing creative thoughts and ideas on-the-go, breaking down processes to become more efficient and much more. I’m a bit inspired, to be honest as I write this. Does a person stop using Superlist once all the big projects are done? How can it integrate with other software? How can one capture ideas with the microphone? What are the many uses of this simple but powerful app?
I have tried every single To Do list app on the market for both iOS and MacOS, and Superlist is the absolute best one for the way I organize my to do lists. When a task comes up for work or home, I go to my respective section, find the List, and add the task to it with the date and time to be reminded. Then I live in the Today view to see all my tasks due today and knock them out. I can see upcoming ones as well, knock those out, and live an organized life. It’s been a game changer for me. I have a few asks of the app to make this an absolutely perfect to do list app that stands out above the rest. Asks:1. Could you please add a “Start date” as a separate date to add to tasks? This will differentiate between when I start and when it’s due. That would be HUGE for everyone like me who wants to set a date for when to start a task and set a date for when it’s needed by. 2. For notifs, can they say the List Name in large font and then the task underneath? That would give me so much more info than a random task popping up without context. As of right now, I don’t see the List Name in my reminder notifs. 3. In Today, can you put the List Name above the task? It would make it easier to see what’s due for what, rather than having it in small font under the task itself.
Just not yet. I loved Wunderlist and I was so excited they had a new app. It's all there again, the simplicity, the great look, the intuitiveness. It is organized much the same in many ways, with the addition of an inbox and a today view, which is a nice perk. It's a good app for not being overloaded with features, but having what you need well organized. I love that even the free version doesn't take anything away from you. It's a really positive move that shows they care about their users. Even in the free download, you can create an unlimited number of lists. Now the bad. I am pretty sure I'll be updating this review soon and deleting this part, and I attribute this just to the struggles of rolling out a brand new app. Like others have said, the sync is completely unreliable. It's a major issue with the app that I'm hopeful will be resolved by, say, v1.1. But you might want to just wait a bit. It's frustrating to the point of the app not really working. You will think it has updated what you typed, and then it disappears and you get an error message. Sometimes it refuses to let me type at all. Sometimes it won’t let me edit an item. It’s kind of like an old word processor that’s glitching because it badly needs an update. It's none of the major functionality, it’s literally just when you go in with your cursor and type things and add items. That’s what won’t work. So it’s a major sync issue that I’m sure they’re working on on their end.Hold off for now, but remember and come back. I think this WILL demonstrate itself to be one of the more notable to-do apps as long as they can get the kinks out.
