I like the game, Genshin Impact but I really think it needs improvement on wishing because I tried to wish on characters many many times but it’s way too hard and I never get any. I barely have any new characters only because the fact that I couldn’t wish on it and it was really hard to even try to wish and one more thing I’d like to add into this is I hope that you guys can improve wishing to be easier because I always have a hard time getting characters I really want.

I love this game so much I love how you can wish to get characters and you can go to different places and do different quests and you can even get characters from the quests sometimes. I love being able to play with my sister and going into the Teapot Realm is so much fun! I love being able to decorate my own realm and add some characters to it as well. I love all the new characters being added as well as being able to get some of the old ones.

I have been playing genshin since freshman year (I’m two years graduated now) and not only is the game so fun and always updating but the support team is very understanding and helpful. I had stupidly deleted the email account associated with my genshin account and had no way of linking a new email or number but the support helped me figure it out so I didn’t have to lose access to hundreds of dollars an hours in game lol

The style of this game is beautiful. From the characters to the background, and even the animation. It feels like I’m watching an anime that I can control. It’s amazing. The only thing is that I’m a Christian and the setting of this game doesn’t exactly fit the rules of my religion. If he liked the style of anime or you love, adventurous games, and characters I think that this is the game for you. Assuming that you’re OK with the setting of religion. Dear developers, I have been playing your game for a long time; I am familiar with all the mechanics and keep up with the updates. Since Last versions , I’ve noticed that the battery drain on my iPhone 17 Pro Max has increased, and I’ve also encountered micro-stutters. I checked on other devices as well and found the same issues. HoYoverse, I hope you will improve the optimization for mobile devices. Thank you for reading my feedback.

Traveled through the magical world for 5 years. Well seasoned, iPhone has became the new & better Nintendo cause it can handle games so well. It’s cool seeing the power of this lil iPhone that I only use for text/calls. It won’t let me do it, iPhones aren’t for gaming. If u play on a cellphone, get a Labtop. Unless ur trucking than get a Nintendo switch. 😅 Modding helps the character designes 10 fold by the way. Games MASSIVE! Get lost in it, than catch a lil Mona booty shake ya dig.

I’m not so much writing a review, more of a complaint. It would be nice to remove the voice chat, and chat in ML. I recently experienced bullying and swearing, directed at me for no reason. I tried to report, but I knew I couldn’t stop everyone from getting bullied too. This has been going on for a month now. The bullying hurts. I wish I could end the pain. Please help?

This has been my favorite game since I was 8-9 and I still love it now as a recent 15 yr old. I love the stories, I love the gameplay, I love the characters. Only thing that I wish I could change was that you could try to have a different way of getting alt outfits for characters instead of having to spend real money, and if you can just completely opt out of the Milstria Wonderland feature. I never use it and its kinda annoying

I started playing Genshin Impact back in 2024, and I got hooked extremely fast, I found it one of the best open world and story games that I’ve ever played on mobile before, after 2 years, it still holds up that title for me, the world never gets boring with random generation for enemies/items and what is really amazing about the game is that the characters are equally different to make the experience vary by characters, 10 out of 10 game, will play again.

(First of all genshin is an amazing game and I recommend it) BUT I have strong reason to believe that -sord x staff- if copying some of genshin’s game in general, the character designs and there’s something that looks WAY to close to primo gems. (I don’t like writing this, but it needs to come to your attention. You deserve to know.) there are a LOT of other thing that are way to close to genshin. I didn’t know how else to contact you, I will try some other ways if this does not work.
