After preordering this app, I’ve been using it frequently since the release. It is a pretty nice app, with a new sleek design that many others do not have. However there’s one problem.I have been a big TextNow user for 4 years now, and the reason I’ve stuck with them is because not only are they reliable, not out for your money, and user friendly, but the phone numbers they allow you to use, ACTUALLY work like phone numbers. What I mean by this is that these phone numbers can be used for everything (like a phone number should), calling, texting, and for verifying any information or services that require phone verification. As far as I know, no other apps work like that, especially not for free. So, that being said,What makes this app different from any other on the market? I understand the purpose of this app, and that it is functioning as intended, but if you can’t use your phone number for ANY other means than calling, I find that it isn’t worth the time to download if you’re really looking for an app to use as an alternative service. I know a lot of people reading this find it frustrating when you download one of these apps and it doesn’t let you use your phone number to verify your Instagram account, lol.Best of luck to the developer(s) of this app, could potentially be the next best phone app if improved.Edit: I really hope to see an account feature which you can sign up to, I realize there are lots of problems with users deleting their app and not getting their service back

This app was a big waste of time downloading and claimed to be free, yeah right. when I downloaded this app I did so being scammed into thinking it was free and that I was getting a free texting app I could always fully trust and count on that I could text unlimited and that always would be unlimited free texting but then had to delete the app because it turned out being a free trial for everything. what a total rip off. no the robbers of this app are not getting a single dim from me.

Have not being able to use this app it has being generating number for hours and have not being given any number yet to text

How long do I have to wait before I am given a number, it keeps showing generating number for some hours now. Is this how this app works or is it just only me? Can you people fix this, I am running out of patience.

I love it so much u can call for free without having a phone I have an iPad not a phone so when my mom is gone I can easily communicate with her! Eeee I loveeee it! I really recommend this app and I am going to tell my family about thisssssssss. 😁😁😁😁😀😀😀😀😀😄😄😄

It’s very confusing… I just want to text someone who is not on this app…I want to give them my new number but it doesn’t explain how you could do this…I had Text app before but canceled it and now I want to get back on but you have changed the simplicity of the way this app works…I think if I can’t figure it out that I will delete and cancel this app…

But credit too cost for texting

For some reason there’s a 123 in front of my number which is keeping me from making calls. I’ve tried everything to delete it. I’m not especially tech savvy but allows should be made in setting up the app

I have been unable to send messages because get an error message and have sent two support requests without any answer back so far but I am paying for this service. Very frustrated because need to figure out error and fix it.

It’s perfect texting and calling app But old conversations can’t be read that’s unfair . Secondly not being able to send a picture men But everything other thing is cool People spend money on these so do it right .
