I sent BIGO Support an email trying to get login help with no response. Who do I need to contact? I changed phones and asking for a phone number I changed years ago but has my phone current number. I login through X Please I need help and I have a current subscription I pay weekly.

I’ve downloaded the app and so far I’ve been getting a lot of scammers on there and I don’t like it I was just trying to use the app to meet new people and talk to real people not scammers. But there are some good about it like the live streams on there are so far real people and I like that because on the live streams you actually chat with real people not a scammer

The app is good lots of drama. It seems like it’s got lots of bots. It feels like it’s a drama filled app. You really can’t prevent people from following you right away and stalking you on the app. You leave families and somehow they show wherever you go. I downloaded this app as an incentive from another app and I am not sure how I feel about it after almost 3 weeks.

I have been supporting BIGO LIVE since 2017, investing a total of over $362,000 USD across my accounts. For years, their support team officially claimed my historical data was "lost" due to system limitations. Recently, they suddenly recovered it, admitted it was their own system mistake, and offered nothing but a simple apology. However, the real shock came next: they immediately applied a new January 2025 policy backwards to my old history, wiping out 11.2 MILLION of my purchased diamonds and downgrading my level. If a top VIP user who invested over a third of a million dollars and supported this platform for 9 years can be ignored, misinformed for years, and then have their lifetime paid assets reduced through retroactive rule changes, then no user's money or time is safe here. Think twice before spending a single dollar on this platform; your years of loyalty and investments can be rewritten or erased at any moment without your consent

Pros: It's a good tool for language learners who'd like to hear other languages. The search filters make it very simple to search by country. The VTuber features works really well for people who don't want to be on camera. It's a feature I'd love to see more creative apps like Twitch incorporate. Cons: Because of the way viewership is gamified, the majority of streamers are begging for money. There isn't anything especially entertaining happening here. There are a lot of shady accounts along with softcore p*rn. If you do happen to try it for the money, you should know that each "bean" is worth less than one American penny, so you'll spend hours begging for these "gifts" when a part time retail or fast food job would easily pay more in less time.

I strongly advise people not to download Bigo Live. As a viewer, I watched behavior that I believe crossed serious lines, including doxxing and harassment, and I was extremely disappointed by what I felt was a lack of action from the platform after concerns were raised.My experience involving broadcasters known as Trina B and CyberDoll completely changed my view of the app. In my opinion, user safety and privacy are not taken seriously enough, and no one should have to worry about their personal information being exposed while simply trying to watch and interact.There are plenty of other apps that make users feel safer and more respected. Based on my experience, I would stay far away from Bigo Live.

Sensual dancing. Provocative posing. Braless and pantyless. This is basically a sex chatting platform, Which does a better job of rewarding promiscuity than Live Jasmine. And while you're flipping through and j---g off, you might even see some minors dancing, imitating others on the platform. No they didn't just look young or have filters. they were not yet developed girls. Disturbing to the core. Bigo takes a hands-off, crowdsourcing approach for reporting as if they didn't have enough financial resources. Singapore jails people who spit gum on the ground, but they are cool with Bigo Live poorly monitoring and relying upon the honesty of screwed up men to report it while women, and young girls, are selling themselves like meat to a massive unknown audience.

Great for watching live streams of people. However, 99% of the people that follow you and want to talk to you are scammers. There is no way to verify who you actually are so the ones that like you aren’t real or other people hiding behind a screen. They don’t want to talk to you on there, but on other platforms (WhatsApp, t-gram, signal, etc). When they would send pics, I would google their pics and find out who’s pics they really were and message that person to which they would reply back that they are NOT on Bigo and to report them for unauthorized use of their photos. Not worth the time imo
