Hello Kuro Games! This game is awesome. Great characters, interesting plot, interesting gameplay. I really enjoy this game, but the thing that I would like here is that it could be played on mobile internet. I often are somewhere where I can’t connect to the internet, so I need to use my mobile internet, and when I want somehow to pass the time, for example to play Wuthering Waves, I can’t do this. I really want for you to make optimization for mobile internet. Oh and one more thing…bring the onigiri on Scar back please. He was a unique character because of this little detail, and mostly the rest of the community also think the same. We would be really thankful if you bring this little detail back. Also I want to share that I don’t like the chat. It’s really uncomfortable to type something in that little blank space where you type. Well, it’s annoying sometimes, especially when you type something, and then you mistake the ‘cancel’ and ‘ok’ buttons, but these buttons are not a big deal. Also I’m from Ukraine, and when I chat with other Ukrainian speakers, often we can’t understand each other because of the way our language is written on the screen. The letters are separated from each other, so it looks like we were typing each letter separately “ h e l l o” it looks something like this, and so I would like for you to solve this little problem also. I really want to type in my native language and when I’ll send the message it will look normal. So, I would like that chat will be improved, and will be more comfortable when chatting. Those are minor problems that I would like to be solved for a better gaming experience. They look like it’s nothing, but for me, and maybe a lot more people they will be a big change. Thank you in advance. (Sorry for my English, if I made a mistake or orthographic mistake somewhere.)

I think you made a great game, and I want to share my opinion on how to make it better. It seems to me that the world looks too safe from the point of view of the plot, I watched a cut of the scene before the rewrite of the plot and I want to say that life in this world and the fact that the characters are alive felt much better. I would like a new plot, but I would like more brutality, so that if you don't immediately see all the dangers of the world, but slowly penetrating with each new chapter of the plot, you feel the danger and empathize with the heroes. And in addition to the plot, I personally wish to add skins to the characters, I really want to.

That’s exactly why this hurts even more.Because every single time I run into a technical issue - especially when it involves real money - the support team is completely useless.It feels like they just don’t care at all.No real help, no investigation, no accountability. Just the same copy-pasted scripted replies over and over again, like I’m talking to a wall. Start again. Rewrite everything. Wait again. Repeat.Hours of my time wasted. For nothing.It’s exhausting, disrespectful, and honestly makes me not even want to open the game anymore. Which is crazy, because I genuinely enjoy playing it.But what’s the point of investing time (and money!) into a game where, the moment something goes wrong, you’re left completely alone?Support like this doesn’t just disappoint - it kills the entire experience.Fix your support system.
