Every time I need to download update, it downloads it first time, then popup with continue button appears and for some strange reason it forces me to download WHOLE game. 8 GB again? Why?

I don't need to explain what the problems are. You know what they are. I am here to say that there is a demand from player community to make a quality changes. The game is not pay to win yet. But you can pay to ruin fun for everybody. Buying a tier ten premium has never been so easy and there is no insentive to learn how to drive it. Please stop treating us like a cashcow. Nobody wants to participate in a tank themed gambling machine. The way you treat microtransactions is not sustainable and you know it. Please think about some long term consequences. Playerbase wants bigger and more interesting maps players want better graphics, moreover, players are willing to pay for thematic and detailed legendary camos. Don't be afraid to change the game before it becomes outdated. And for god's sake ranks was a lazy piece of garbage, complete and nasty disrespect to your customers.

I do not recommend this game. It has long since turned into a stagnant swamp without any real development: for more than five years, the developers have not added a single new map, and all the so-called “new” content boils down to tanks that are sold exclusively for real money. This creates a clear sense of deliberate cash extraction from players.The game actively employs manipulative psychological tactics designed to push donations: artificial scarcity mechanics, where desirable items are available only for a limited time, and a gradual reward system that merely imitates progress. In reality, the key elements remain inaccessible without financial investment. To summarize: the company does nothing to match people of similar skill level. 8/10 times you'll get thrown into battles with absolutely brainless retards or bots that are only there to commit suicide. On top of that, the game punishes good players the same way it does the bad ones. Personal contribution doesn't matter here. Do not waste your time and money on this POS of a game. The support only responds with: all is fine and dandy with our game. They aren't changing a thing. p.s. I have an average of 58% win rate across 4 accounts, around 3k battles, so I know maps, specs, game mechanics and what I am talking about. Oh and it's a pay-to-play game. "Premium" tanks run circles around the regular ones.
