I started playing your game when I was pregnant, and what began as a small pastime has turned into a four-year journey that I still enjoy today.Most importantly, your game helps me overcome fear. During times of alarm and missile attacks in our country, l just need to take out my phone, start the game, and the fear dissipates.Glory to Ukraine, Glory to the Heroes!

At the beginning this game is very easy and fun, and it really pulls you in. But after some time the levels become extremely difficult and almost impossible to pass without spending money. It feels like the game is designed to make you pay if you want to continue progressing.The balance between difficulty and rewards is very poor. What started as an enjoyable game quickly turns into frustration. Unfortunately, without paying, it becomes nearly impossible to keep playing comfortably.Very disappointing experience. I expected a fair game, not one that pushes players to spend money just to pass levels.I’ve been playing Royal Match for 5 years, and I’ve never seen the game in such a terrible state. It’s obvious that the developers no longer care about their players-they only care about making money.They’ve taken away almost every useful reward and free feature that helped players progress. Now, the game is filled with impossible levels designed to force you into buying boosters and coins. It’s no longer about skill or having fun; it’s all about spending money.The difficulty has become completely unreasonable. Level after level feels deliberately unfair, and without making purchases, you’re often stuck for days. This isn’t a challenge-it’s manipulation.It’s incredibly disappointing to watch a game I loved for years turn into such a greedy pay-to-win experience. Unless the developers start respecting their loyal players again, I can’t recommend this game to anyone.

I love the game but recently have a problem with it and can't contact the support, so I'm wiring here - I can't play new levels it says it needs an update. I click "update", it takes me to the apple store and says "the update isn't available for your country Ukraine". I switched it to the USA, it says the same thing.

I have played in this game more than year. Sometimes I made some purchase to boost my progress, but now I am very disappointed. After the last update I can’t find the last gold card more than two weeks! So, last 4 golden cards I had to get from events or gathering 500 stars. It is very annoying. I understand that developers want to earn more money, but it is disrespectful for players.
