It's a really cute game, though it would be easier if there were more energy, since u end up using more of it as u move on to more complicated dishes. I really like Sam and Officer Mark's storylines :)) It's great that you get to learn more about the characters.I never leave reviews, but I really like this game.

Strong complaint regarding removal of free features after making purchases

I’ve been playing your game for several years and everything was working perfectly fine — I was genuinely enjoying the experience. But the moment I started making purchases, I began noticing major changes. And that’s exactly what frustrates me the most. For years, I was getting the free daily blue chest with energy. After that, I could buy one more for just 10 diamonds. But right after my first payment, the free chest was completely gone — now it’s only available for diamonds. Then, after a recent purchase (almost $6), the option to watch ads for free items disappeared too. I used to get several items a day, then at least one — now I don’t even get that one. Nothing. On top of that, I’ve lost the ability to speed up time by watching ads — now it also costs diamonds. So no — this isn’t something I imagine. I played this game for years without paying, and everything worked fine. Only after I became a paying user did I start losing free features. That’s what makes this so upsetting.I am extremely disappointed. Treating paying customers like this is unacceptable, unfair, and honestly insulting.Because of this, I’ll be leaving a 1-star review in the App Store, and I’ll no longer recommend this game to anyone. It’s a shame — I used to love it.?

A Masterclass in Predatory Monetization

A standard merge game with a very carefully designed monetization system. Want to win a limited-time event? Pay. Want to get even a tiny bit of energy to keep playing? Pay. And then pay some more. With every step, the items you need to merge become disproportionately more demanding, consuming absurd amounts of energy and resources. You can spend everything you have and still fail to complete even a single order. The entire experience feels deliberately designed to frustrate players into spending more and more money. An excellent game if your goal is to spend astronomical amounts of money on virtual items while getting very little in return. Your wallet will definitely have more progression than your actual gameplay.

Hello everyone, I sincerely do not advise anyone

Hello everyone, I sincerely do not advise anyone to donate to this game if you want to play normally, after the donation disappears the opportunity to get a chest with energy for advertising, and allows you to watch only one advertisement per day, the developers claim that it does not depend on it and advertising is random, but I noticed that everyone has one problem, to tell the truth, it became impossible to play this game and unfortunately your favorite game has turned into garbage, I hope this problem will be solved somehow and not just turn a blind eye to the fact that those people who want to donate after that will simply delete the game.
