  • The upload tab needs a “refresh” button.

    Sometimes i upload media onto canva via the phone app while using canva on my desktop, and i have to refresh the whole browser tab on my pc for the pictures to pop up on the desktop canva. Having a refresh button right there on the upload tab will save alot of time.And also, when using canva on a pc, there needs to be a way for me to scroll through all my uploaded media using the entire screen. Not just the side bar.

    I paid for a monthly canva pro subscription and I still can’t get access to it, and when I try for a manage option it respond with ‘ can’t connect’ Please help me with an access I want to continue with my design

    Canva took 3 payments this time for my subscription, 10th august, 9th august and 8th august… all successful transactions How can I get a refund for the 2 extra transactions*. I got a refund for one payment and now my pro subscription is taken away from Canva. Please fix whatever issue it is
