worked perfectly since last updated. the notification system is broken, badges are b”not displayed, notification preview is not working even if i specifically set it up to be displayed - it’s just showing a generic message. please fix the notifications!!

A few months ago, Viber worked fine, on phone or desktop.Now it has big problems, it does not notify me when I receive messages, the history is not kept on all devices, it does not synchronize, the application on the desktop starts in 1-2 minutes.Look for another solution, Viber is no longer good, you will have communication problems. Especially if you use it in the company, then it's nasty. Telegram loads in 1 second.

Not able to register, AI customer support

I have been unable to register for a long time now, and every time I tell the supposed ‘’support team’’ what’s wrong, they tell me to just wait 24 hours and then reinstall the app. Which I have done numerous times and it still has not worked. They have told me this exact same thing in a number of emails. I am convinced that the customer support team is actually just AI. Either that, or they can’t grasp basic logic.
