There are many times when I search for some email and I can't find it. Only when I go to the web-version of Outlook I find them.The new interface is terible - there are tons of functionality missing compared with the old one.
Still needs improvement.

This app still has bugs. For example:1. In Maximaze mode, sometimes it finds contacts, sometimes, only local contacts. 2. There are missing options like in windows "See unread mails only". 3. In windows I could move mal to folder without any other combination, here, if I move a mail in a folder from mailbox it moves direclty, if i want to move a mail to a folder from archive, it makes a copy, I have to press cmd to move it. 4. There is no option to "Allways shows images from this sender" i have to press download images every time. 5. Rules. It looks like it keeps only few rules available, If I am using 20 suppliers with 20 folders, I can creat rules available allways, some of them i have to create again.6. Search. I couldn't find a way to search in all mailboxes or folders..Search works very good, but if i need something archived in some folder, I'm lost.7. When I want to attach a picture, it inserts it instead to attach the file.8. How do I bring to front Flagged Mails or Meetings? Why not like in windows? On big screens it can be handy.9. Where is "Send to Mail" shortcut? I tried to build one by miself with Automator, but the command is missing from Outlook.10. Can i create Smart Folders or just edit them?

The web version looks much much better!The desktop Outlook is dusty! No Gmail labels but you can add own labels with 365.You cannot create own filters based on some elements from emails like (sender, sub, to...) and asign shortcuts if not have 365.I like new UI. Maybe in the future you can activate option to change view email fonts or preview panel fonts.
