But something from mihoyo must be done. The game has been amazing for its 1 year of runtime, with lots of fun moments and characters. However, the content is scarce and a lot of players started to feel the “burnout” due to the lack of endgame content. There is a limit to how many artifacts you farm and you could have the best artifact set after investing a certain amount of time. After that you start again for the second character and so on until you finish the game. Great and repetitive. Now for the main issue at hand: the anniversary “gifts” are a joke. A nicely done web event, cute animations. I appreciated that it was personalized, and not generalized. But seriously, no1 game on multiple platforms, HUGE revenue from the Shogun character release and we get the chance of competing with other players for a 10% chance of winning a $5 Welkin Moon. This is astonishing. Not to forget the “web competition” in which players become the free market team for a chance to win a number of real life awards and not enough primogems for 10-pulls. I joined the fad of giving 1 star to Genshin so that Mihoyo would take notice and do something about it. Is it that hard to give a 5* character or weapon from the standard banner?

I think Genshin is one of the only games I played consistently for more than 2 years the characters views and stories are great, but the thing is that even tho the stories are interesting, the game really lacks endgame content which might make you lose interest in the game kinda quickly. The repetitive farming for materials/artefacts/primos is very boring (and after some time it becomes the only thing you do) and you literally have to fight idk what boss for 60 primos (for non-players: that’s very little). Also I recommend you to do the quests cuz they make the game a lot more fun. That’s all I got to say. I know hoyoverse is putting a lot of effort in the game, but listening to players’ opinions won’t do you bad (you might also get more sales and users monthly if you do so) but anyway I know you are putting in a lot of effort and that’s great the game’s mechanics is awesome and you should definitely keep going!

Thank you very much for creating a game I can relax every time I enter it. When I saw that you're going to add a event with 10 wishes, I was so so happy and motivated! But when I saw what rating Genshin has on Samsung and other platforms I was just... sad, because I know you are working so hard for every story you put in the game and I wish that other ppl would see that. In the past I had a sad incident when my old account was banned for nothing, but from that incident that happend in 1.1 I still play Genshin with all my strength and I didn't just gave up. I also play Thears of Themis that I really like! Mihoyo please don't give up because of haters and of other people and just so you know, me and my friends (really big fans of Mihoyo games) will still play Genshin even if people start giving bad reviews, because we don't care about them, we care about the game. I LOVE YOU MIHOYO! 💕❤️

Hello! I hope you'll be reading this review, because I really wish you could! I've been playing under your company's name for a long time now, and I was very excited to see the new game come out. I installed it, but after everything downloaded (the full 4gb package), the main screen still did not load, and the intro was all buggy and lagging and very... bad presented. The sound was constantly stopping and starting like a broken toy, and at the main screen I could hear the sound effects of something happening but everything was black. After waiting for the intro to pass, I thought maybe the game would properly start, but I was unfortunately wrong. The game was extremely bugged and I could see only the rocks, and a very small patch of sand, everything else was black. When entering the black area, the character started glowing. Please, please read this, and try to fix the bugs, because I honestly couldn't wait to start playing the game and I'm now very sad that I can't. I know you guys put in a lot of effort into your games, and often ask for feedback on every update, so here it is.
