I like this app a lot because it’s not complicated, it has options when it comes to which part of the body you want to train - I ticked what I wanted, then the app will design a daily workout for you, making sure you get just the amount of exercise. Would be nice to be able to put the subscription on hold, as there are cases such as injuries, etc (valid reason should be provided, agreed and not to be done too many times).Thanks & keep it up! 🙂

They stole my money!!! They are not refunding me

The moment the free trial ended, I unsubscribed. But apparently you simply cannot unsubscribe from their plans, as I see a lot of people went through the same experience as me! after a few months I saw on my bank statements that they were still taking my money even though I didn’t even had the app. I had to install it again and in the app it said that I am still subscribed, and I unsubscribed again and they even asked me if I am sure and why. But the next month they charged me again!! Unbelievable! I contacted them and after a few days they answered me and told me that my subscription is STILL ACTIVE, and they had to personally cancel it. After I sent them my bank account statements they told me they will reach out, they reached out after 2 weeks after I send another email to remind them and they said they won’t reimburse me but they didn’t tell me why I had to unsubscribe 2 times and still with no luck! The most unprofessional app ever! There are much better apps that won’t still your money and do illegalities!!

I am really disappointed. I bought a discounted trial from them and after 28 days with just a mail isolated somewhere in lots of mails, they charged me with a 65$ subscription for a new program and a coaching subscription when I bearly use this app 3 times in the first subscription. I saw the payment in bills on credit card application and I sent them immediately a message to stop my subscription and give money back and they give me a “free” subscription until July under the conditions I did not use at all new subscription and didn't want it to use and payments were made and no money refund. It is just a fraud. I will not recommend if you don’t want surprise payments motivated with it was explained at the beginning (but explanations so unclear) and no chance of getting the money back. On 18 March was the new automatic subscription made over the first one paid already and the payment without my explicit consent. Today is 19 and nothing changed. They just take advantage and your money too. Success. I totally do not recommend.

Don't Subscribe, It's Not What They Promise.

They don't offer subscriptions through Apple. If you delete the app, they will still charge you and renew your subscription, even if you don't want that. They have access to all of your cards. If you don't pay with Revolut, they will charge you from your other bank accounts. How do they have access to all your bank accounts?? And the support team is not even answering!! Offering email addresses that ate not even mine!! 8 months ago I canceled my subscription and deleted the app after that. After 8 months they are charging me again for what?? DON’T ADD A CARD to this app!!! I am not sure why they still have my card details if I canceled my subscription and requested to delete my data from that app 8 months ago!!!!

In the case of the second option, there is no way to cancel the subscription through the AppStore subscriptions since it was not purchased there. If the user has purchased the app on the official website, we offer our users the option to manage their subscriptions on the website.
