The Metronome now supports subdivisions, so you can practise with quavers, triplets, semiquavers and more. digitalScore now uses much less battery when it's in the background, so your device lasts longer between practice sessions. When you import scores, the Parts field now suggests parts based on the ones already in your library, so filling in your scores is quicker. This update also includes visual improvements and stability fixes to make your practice smoother.

digitalScore is now ready for iPhone Duo. This version is optimised for remoteScore, our free app to turn the pages of your score from your iPhone. Just scan the QR code and remoteScore connects directly to this device in seconds. You'll also see at a glance when a remote is connected. iCloud sync is now more reliable: it recovers better from conflicts and interrupted uploads, and the sync progress now shows a percentage. You can now like the lists you enjoy in Discover, and the Today view highlights new features so you don't miss them. This update also includes minor bug fixes and stability improvements.

In this update, we have improved iCloud sync, which is now more efficient and lets you know when your storage is full. Backup progress now updates in real time, and scrolling in the score viewer is smoother, especially in landscape. Discover, with curated lists of pieces ready to play, and the interactive tips live here too. ANNOTATE IN DOUBLE PAGE Two pages side by side no longer require Play Live, and you can write on both of them. Zoom, stamps and every annotation tool work right across the spread. MORE WAYS TO READ Play Live can now scroll the score vertically instead of turning pages. There is also a pure black background, and an option that turns annotations on as you zoom in, which is handy if you write with your finger rather than an Apple Pencil. PRACTICE, REDESIGNED The practice view has been rebuilt. Compare one period against another, see where your hours are going, and earn new awards as they add up. IMPORT FROM ANYWHERE A new share extension sends several scores at once from any other app straight into the folder you choose. Google Drive and Dropbox links are supported too, so a whole shared folder comes across in one go. SIRI, SHORTCUTS AND SPOTLIGHT The new Siri can see what is in your library, so you can simply ask for a score or a playlist. Your library also turns up in Spotlight, and you can build your own shortcuts to open the metronome, archive a score or share a playlist. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE Compatible with iOS 27. The app now adapts to any window size on iPhone, so it behaves properly side by side, on an external display, and through iPhone Mirroring on the Mac. Apple Intelligence creates short summaries showing included pieces, dominant styles, and notable composers—both in the playlist overview and in detailed views.

We have fixed several bugs to improve stability and user experience: • Annotations are now perfectly aligned when viewing two pages simultaneously. • Fixed an issue that caused the note eraser to not work correctly in some cases. In addition, we have added a new feature: • Version history: you can now restore a score and its annotations to a previous state using backups.

In this update, apart from fixing some bugs, we have added the following improvements: - New animation in the piano view when used without displaying any sheet music. - The piano can be played with an external MIDI controller. - The undo/redo buttons can be used with pencils other than the Apple Pencil.
