I downloaded and used it for like a day and decided to get the paid version. I’ve been using this scanner since 2015 I think. Yeah, late 2015. Until today, this is still my go to app for scanning docs. It’s better than the 3 other scanners (that one built in with a printer) that I got. Plus, you can edit some of the features to make the result clearer. I’ve scanned some of my books so I can read them everywhere I go when I want to. So, overall, I love this scanner and I’m giving it 5 stars after, what, 4 years+ of using it. Thank you for developing such a helpful app. -Stela

Plus, you can edit some of the features to make the result clearer. I’ve scanned some of my books so I can read them everywhere I go when I want to. Great app, but needs a quick FIX for page sizing

I’ve used this scanner app a lot and it’s been highly reliable. However, a recent update seems to have broken the page sizing feature, and it no longer adjust or conform to the exact sizes I select. Could you please fix it and bring back the feature where selecting “Legal size” applies that size across all pages automatically? Thank you!

Very disappointing subscription experience

The scanning quality is not worth the price. I often don’t get decent scans even when trying to scan documents carefully. I was also disappointed to discover that I was charged ₱499 per week for the Pro subscription, which is significantly more expensive than other options offered. I did not intend to continue with the Pro plan and unfortunately forgot to cancel while I was busy. I understand that forgetting to cancel was my responsibility, but I have barely used the Pro features and the charge was a significant and unexpected expense for me. I hope the developers can make their subscription options and pricing clearer and provide better value for users.

Hello there, I'm really sorry to hear about the unwanted charge and about the scan quality. I'd like to share that, indeed, according to Apple’s subscription policy, most subscriptions automatically begin once a free trial ends, so the service continues without interruption. That’s why the charge may have gone through. To make sure the subscription doesn't renew again, please open the App Store app > tap your profile icon at the top right > tap Subscriptions > select Calendars from the list > tap Cancel. If you don’t see a cancel option, that usually means it’s already been canceled and won’t renew. 🙌🏻 Then you can request a refund for the unwanted charge. Since Apple processes all payments, refunds need to be requested directly through them. Please follow the next steps: 1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser. 2. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. 3. Find the subscription under Purchases. 4. Tap Report a Problem. 5. Choose "I’d like to request a refund" and briefly explain what happened. 6. Submit the request. Apple usually reviews refund requests within a few days. If possible, could you please share a few examples of low-quality scans and contact us at helpspot@readdle.com?
