In my experience, when my boss sent me money for the fourth time, PayPal put my money on hold. My boss tried to confirm the “receipt” because that’s what the customer service said to me when I messaged them to do if I want to get my money “earlier”, but it doesn’t need any because I provided, not a product but a service. It took my boss awhile to confirm. I got my money after that. My fifth transaction was no different but this time PayPal emailed me that I am now an “established seller” BUT they still said that FUNDS CURRENTLY IN MY PENDING BALANCE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 21 DAYS. Again, I contacted my boss if there are still some actions left on his side. I’m still waiting for his reply. Hmm. Within 21 days? Can you shorten the waiting time? Overall, I find it a hassle to use if you really need money immediately. Also, the transaction fee doesn’t do justice to the quality of the service it provides. Receiving money should be fast, if you’re going to deduct a huge amount.

i’m new in logging in this app. I wasn’t intending to use this app but my client doesn’t have other money transfer app. I logged in and made my own account at first everything was fine my client was willing to pay me $200. Then this happened, a “issue” they say since apparently my account can only have $180 which is honestly stupid if your asking me. In order for the money to be sent my sender has to pay an additional $400 so now it’s a total of $600. My client agreed and sent it but after that paypal said it’ll be sent to my account and i have to refund back the $400. There was nothing everyday i would check my accouif the cash was sent still nothing. I asked their service which is not even service it’s better to call them ghosting cause no matter how much you’ll email them they don’t reply. Once i get the cash and refund it to my client i will automatically delete this app. 21 days just for money to be sent is total stupidity. The service lacks and even their messages to other feedbacks of others having problems. It’s just a copy and paste i’m not gonna waste anymore time using this app

People, don’t be fooled. I was happy ay their service first but now having the worst month as they hold my money for ID. Which I comply, Drivers license for proof of identity. Then passport for proof of address (apparently they need two ID)Now my passport got rejected (so funny) as the full address not showing. Okay, so I send all 3 government issued ID I have including my Driver’s license, all got rejected because they don’t acknowledge it. Hahahahaha so funny, but really in reality it is also a fraud to hold my money that long for different reason. By the way I am over seas so Imaging waiting in the line for 20-30min. Just to get in touch with one of their customer support, this is jut waiting time, means your on hold for that long..... how much money I paid to just call... I won’t go into details but believe me, I did everything. Oh by the way, the chat/email they make in the app, useless no body replies unless one party request to refund their payment.... everything i send is basically non existent to them. The email? Oh you will something like we can’t reply in unmonitored inbox please email us at the application... so basically you get how their customer service works... The worst of the worst...

I have moved to Germany to start a new life. I have been using paypal for quite sometimw as it is very convenient. When i moved to Germany, since I don‘t have an established bank account and funds yet, i have asked a help from a loved one to lend me an amount (600 USD) so I can send money to my bank account in the Philippines. St the moment, I am still waiting for my physical residence ID card. Once I have it, I can proceed with my online banking snd will not be needing paypal for the money transfer. So the money has been transferee to my paypal account (the fee was deducted) then they sent me a notice to verify some information about to transaction. I sent them a copy of my passport and the reason for the money transfer. Afterwards, they sent me a notification that they are permanently and that i cannot access the money within 180 days! I wrote them a message asking if they can just return the money to the sender so i don‘t need to pay it anymore since i really need the money but they declined my request. Such a horrible experience.
