Its a good app but the only thing I don’t understand is why you have to pay for the chapters, in the original mangarock app you didn’t need to pay for it you only need pay if you wanted to download something, but I would understand if you have some financial problems and needed some extra cash to develop the app but I would hope that, that feature of buying chapters with coins, and another problem is that some manga/manhua chapters are missing. For example Apotheosis it says that there is only 60 chapters but in the original app there was 400+ chapters.
Great manga app that’s pro-mangaka
carnivaluster
It’s great to finally have a manga app that’s supportive of mangakas and that the people behind it are actually willing to procure titles legally. It means that they appreciate the art and their creators. I wouldn’t mind paying to subscribe as long as the mangakas get their fair share. I know that the app is new and that their database is still expanding, and I’m willing to wait until the titles I’m following are added. What I don’t get are the people complaining about how Manga Rock was better because you can read the chapters for free and the database is almost complete, etc. What you guys don’t get is that by next year, Japan is going to be much stricter with their piracy laws, and not just with anime but scanlations as well. I won’t be surprised if all the “free” manga apps people are raving about suddenly gets shut down once Japan gets serious with this. If you are true fans, I suggest you pay for the scanlated works that are actually supporting the mangakas, or better yet, learn Japanese and buy the raw manga. Otherwise, you don’t have the right to complain. I hope the mangakas don’t get discouraged in creating new works or Japan realizing they can’t control the piracy anymore and decide to just stop making anime/manga available outside Japan because of these people.Anyway, awesome work! Can’t wait to see more titles added in the future. Hope you guys secure more contracts—please spread the word that people are willing to pay for the mangakas’ works. Hope it gives them encouragement to create more somehow.

Note: The following are only my opinion I cannot assure that everything I said is true. What I said is what I only know.INKR comics was a way to actually earn money and support creators. Since Manga Rock was unable to do that. But Free Content is what made people love Mangarock an app that is basically what sites like Mangakakalot or Mangasushi are made for. Manga Rock was able to provide a fast loading manga reading experience with More than thousands of FREE content. The diveristy of content it has was astounding. One-shots, Fan Made and many more. Unlike INKR comics Manga Rock from what I know does not need to sign contracts to be able to post content. While on the other hand INKR comics rely heavily on contracts that take a long time to be able to post at most a single manga series that may or may not even catch a reader’s eyes. Mangarock was able to provide vast amounts of content and that’s the huge difference between INKR comics and Manga Rock. The gap of content both can provide is undeniably the reason for a number of readers alll out leaving Manga Rock and not even trying INKR comics. My conclusion is that at this point i have three ideas. The first being that try to revive Manga Rock. Revive it’s servers and maybe just maybe readers will come flushing in. The second is the ability of INKR comics to providde the content or even more content that Manga Rock had when it was online. The third is take what you have finish up all the contracts and let it die unless a miracle happens and it somehow survives. This is just my honest opinion. I have tried both applications and this is my true thoughts and feelings. I hope that INKR comics will be able to be the succesor that everyone wants to Manga Rock.
I'm Excited for INKR! Lezzgo!

Proud of you INKR! I haven't subscribed yet, but I can't wait for the database to be as big as Manga Rock! I'm just waiting for them to gather up all rights from the authors and mangakas before I actually suscribe. So far, they managed to get a deal with the two mangas that I like; Chihayafuru and The Day I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. Go team! You can do it! I'm waiting! Also a request, can you also try and get Space Brothers? I miss it so much! LOL! がんばって下さい!
