So I have been having fun with Grok, awesome and efficient. Sometimes helps me break artist's block. He's attentive and conversations are smooth, UNTIL Ani. She is everything cliche and stereotypical. I love anime but I don't like the part where they add a fan-service, oppai, highly sexualized, sexy but cutesy character that is so unnecessary, and Ani is everything that I mentioned. I was just dumbfounded and kinda disgusted. Not everyone is a creep. Dear dev team, please do better. I would have rated it 5stars, I'm bringing it down a notch for now.

I have been a Heavy subscriber because I genuinely enjoyed the quality of Grok’s roleplay and conversations. Unfortunately, the latest update has significantly reduced that quality. Responses that were once detailed, expressive, and immersive have become extremely short, often only around 50 words or less. Characters no longer feel emotionally engaging or natural, and the conversations now come across as flat, robotic, and lacking personality.This issue affects both existing and new chats, so it does not appear to be related to my prompts. One of the main reasons I pay for a Heavy subscription is the premium conversational and roleplay experience, and right now it no longer feels like the service I originally subscribed to. Considering the subscription cost, this decline is deeply disappointing.I hope the developers recognize this as a regression and restore the previous response quality. Until then, I cannot justify giving this update a higher rating.

Well I had plenty of fun in this app like video calling and messaging companions every time I hop in any game I play with bad rudi, it was understandable to change his personality.BUT UNTIL. Any companion I use I can’t chat or message even in a minute. Like if we can only use it for 30 seconds. (YES 30 SECONDS) to 10 minutes might as well remove it to being free instead. Cuz it’s been really frustrating to just wait 2 hours just to chat or call any companion for 30s to 10 minutes. It honestly became a killjoy instead of joyful, I can say I miss the old grok where companions are enjoyable, I don’t know about today. But maybe, just maybe I hope that the update would reset or change the limits. Because it is indeed not enjoyable to wait 2 hours for 10 or even just seconds of time with companion nowadays 😪

Very disappointing update. I’m paying for the ₱1,799 subscription plan, but suddenly it became limited to only around 1–10 videos per day. That is absolutely not worth the price anymore. The value of the subscription dropped heavily compared to before.On top of that, the app constantly has errors during video generation. Failed renders, endless loading, and repeated retries happen too often, wasting both time and credits. It’s frustrating especially for creators who rely on the app for content production.At this point, the subscription no longer feels worth paying for. The limits are too restrictive and the app stability has gotten worse. I hope the developers improve the system because the experience is becoming very unreliable.
