I also hope that ig fixes their bug in cross sharing or cross posting. When I share a story that I was mentioned, it doesn’t share to Facebook. I checked the settings and everything is perfect. My accounts belong to the same account center, also checked stories settings to make sure all are turned on for sharing. I also checked my partner’s settings since he’s usually the one who mentions me in his story and everything is also correct and sharing is turned on for both of us. Since it started going wrong even if I had a public account, I just switched to private and I grew tired saving stories so I could share it to fb manually. I am writing to share my frustration and disappointment after Instagram permanently disabled my account tewkes_bury, followed shortly by my second Instagram account and my Facebook profile under the name James Van Castillo. These accounts were very important to me, where I connected with friends, shared my daily life, and kept memories that cannot be replaced. What hurts the most is that I never received a clear or valid reason for these actions. I have always followed the community guidelines, posted content that is safe and appropriate, and never engaged in any behavior that would violate the platform’s rules. I strongly believe this is a huge mistake made by the system or the review team, as there were absolutely no violations on my part to justify such a serious decision.Even though I tried to appeal and explain my situation, my requests were ignored, and the decision remained final. Being permanently locked out means I can no longer access my photos, messages, or contacts, and I have lost years of effort and personal history built on these platforms. It feels unfair and discouraging that users can lose their accounts instantly without proper proof or fair consideration. This experience has made me lose trust in the platform’s security and support system. Now, I have accepted that I will never be able to use these accounts again, but I want to make it clear that this outcome was not caused by anything I did wrong—it was simply an error that ruined my presence on social media.

I used the old Instagram for only a short time because it happened that there will eventually be a new renovation update. Currently, with the newest update, I don’t think Instagram should be under Facebook. I miss the old independent Instagram which doesn’t have any conditions about anything at all. I have tried to make an appeal but they disabled my backup account and for my main account they are asking me to make an appeal but upon clicking the appeal button on my email it only leads me to the log in area on facebook no option to appeal, I also went to the help center even replied the the email that was asking me to make an appeal and I haven't heard anything from Meta.How am I supposed to explain myself when you guys don't even give me an option and doesn't reply on my emails and feedbacks.
