Restore (or introduce) a little order to your life: take notes, write to-do lists, organise those important (and unimportant) documents, and more besides, in a blissful system that’s easy to navigate and pleasing to look at.

  • Another Game Changer

    Tom Yonashiro

Craft might be another game-changer.In 2021, Notion outperformed in the market, reminding me of the old days when everyone loved Evernote. What was the reason for success? Notion addressed these different aspects that the note-taking-app geeks love:- Cloud-based like Evernote and Google Docs- Markdown editors like iA Writer and Bear- Zettelkasten linkings like Obsidian and Roam- Infinite nestings like Workflowy and DynalistStill, another aspect should be the block editing approach. Gutenberg in WordPress is well-known.Notion has a bit of all these aspects. We could call it a sort of "all-in-one" note-taking app. After that, we saw a lot of copycats.I thought Craft was one of those mimics. Surprisingly, it was not. Craft has addressed one aspect that Notion didn't.That is a mobile experience. Now, mobile-first content is not only for readers but much more for writers. We write with a smartphone. It is our pen and paper and brain. All those apps abovementioned are primarily on the laptop and desktop interface. It's hard to use Gutenberg on the iPhone's tiny screen. With Craft, you can "enjoy" the block editing experience and other features with excellent visuals, primarily on the mobile and tablet devices. It could be a game-changer.

  • ANALYTICS FROM COLLECTIONS

    @TheLastAlchemist

PLEASE INCLUDE ANALYTICS /STATISTICS OF THE COLLECTIONS. I’m tracking my habits and pretty much everything and I really want to have a look on the analysis of these data!!! The Task Widget crashes when Wi-Fi is turned off. Please fix this ASAP.What I love about this app is that it’s easier to navigate, minimalistic, has aesthetic UI, and good functionality. However, there is room for improvement don’t you think? Please improve databases. Add analytics so that I can see stats about my habits. Would really appreciate if you could add a habit streak like from Habit Heatmap app. Also, please include live smartlinks like that of in Notion. Ability to add calendar on pages like in Notion. More customizations, features, integrations, and themes. Lastly, please make storage unlimited for free users just like in Notion. Will change my rating to 5 stars if these will be implemented. Looking forward to these updates. Thank you.As of January 2026, I’m changing my rating into 3 stars because you still haven’t incorporated this update since last year!!!

  • Craft is the best wiki app for iPad

    Papadar28

Craft is the best wiki app out there that is really optimized for the iPad. As someone who works on an iPad as my main computer, this is something that is really important to me. I have been on the hunt for a real Notion competitor but I don’t use a laptop or a desktop now. I don’t mind being locked in an Apple Device, because this is all I have. Craft allows you to create databases as well as integrate pages inside pages. This is really awesome since I am able to create a few folders but linked pages and other collections together. This is great for project management and for knowledge work. The Daily Notes app and the tasks integration works like how my brain works.

  • The best note-taking app I’ve used so far

    vanta-jack

I’ve churned through every other note-taking app. This one is here to stay. It’s actually the perfect fit for my ADHD cognition. I can actually start writing and building something rather than just configuring. The UX is very smooth. I actually feel good using this on an iPhone—which is fresh considering I have been very squeamish about journaling and writing on my mobile

  • Easy and basic to use, enables your creativity

    thorsvirgo

I like the versatility of the platform. It enables us to expand our creativity.Has a basic customization interface of the To-Do list appearance. However, I would suggest that you make it as a widget so that it would appear right away in the screen. If you could add alarms that would sync with the iPhone’s calendar. Great app! I’d like to suscribe for more once I get used to it! ❤️

  • Full of Potential

    T1234567890.

Craft is perfect for iPad. I love the organization system and its layout. I’ve tried a bunch of other apps but never seem to stick the one (evernote, onenote, joplin, etc.), but I love Craft. It can honestly beat notion with a few improvements. I’ve heard that they’ve been working on a bunch of stuff like tables so I’m really looking forward to that.

  • So helpful for college students

    Cinder ellaaa

I regret not discovering this app earlier in my college years because wow! It’s a very functional and aesthetic hybrid of google docs and reminders. It makes the experience of organizing your ideas, notes, and projects so fun.

  • Definitely a five star!

    Miss Perigrine

This is the best note app I’ve tried so far. Clean look, but has alot of options. I like I can also set up a password for it.
