I’ve been playing this game for many years now. Given its free I understand the need for the developers to play ads. However I object to the ads being loud and obnoxious even when I have the phone on silent with no ability to close out of them. You have to shut the whole app down to get rid of the ad and to play the game. I’m now using your competitors product because I find it so frustrating.

I was playing Apple Arcade Solitaire prior to this and loved it, but then my free subscription was about to end, and the price per month was very high, and because I love this form of digital Solitaire, and I had played this version before, I thought I would just buy it, now I have regrets because I paid for a whole year subscription, because who wants all the nagging to pay for a subscription. Seriously, last night, I couldn’t sleep so I thought playing this would help me wind down, like the Apple Arcade version would, nope, I ended some half a dozen games in a stalemate! Frustrating af! This prompted me to check my settings to make sure I had it set to winnable games, I did. Even with 3 card draw these should be easy to win, but no, so many are a fail with the setting set for the easiest possible win!! This isn’t fun! I may have to go back to analog cards! At least it would be less stressful, even if less convenient! I actually want my money back, I certainly wouldn’t buy a subscription for this again.

I downloaded this a few months ago with the expectation to be able to easily play a few rounds of solitaire whenever i was waiting for something or bored and on my phone. However, this app has proven to me its ridiculous odds of winning by giving me a hand with zero possible moves from the beginning. Not one card could be moved or drawn. The vast majority of games have played out to a point of no possible moves, some getting down to a single card being out of place. My belief is the game is rigged drastically to increase the amount of ads you’re forced to sit through between each game. It’s sneaky and sleazy and ruins most of the enjoyment i could get out of a simple game of cards. However, when you have an actual chance at winning, it is solitaire, and i do enjoy it. 2 stars, bordering on 1.

This is a good reliable rendition of the game. Some of the challenges are fun, the reward system works, it’s got all the features you need. But I don’t like the whole competitive “Win the game in record time” bs. It encourages cheats who use bots to crank up ridiculous scores. The original card game was never about speed. Here, we call it “Patience”. And it’s a game meant to be played by one person, ( hence the name) so what’s with the multiplayer nonsense? I’ve been playing this version for decades, actually, and I’ll keep playing it till I’m too old to care. But I’m never going to try and beat the clock, and I’d rather eat my own head than play a multiplayer game.
