One small mistake might easily cascade into total defeat – and carelessness will likely be punished harshly. Your game experience continually shifts between agony and bliss.
Learn the art of war
The devil’s in the details – not only do you need to keep track of formations, but you also have to take into account factors like the time of day, terrain, weather and elemental interactions. Cast Ice Magic during a rainstorm and your enemies will be frozen. Dungeons restrict the movement of flying units but are perfect for a cavalry charge.
