Bugfixes "Plans won't load": Today could hang on "Loading plans …" forever. This happened when loading was slow and many iCloud changes came in at the same time. The first result is now always shown. iPad Inbox wouldn't open. Attachment preview in task details: landscape images spilled outside the card. Events in read-only calendars: their text can now be selected and copied. iPad Today: the button in the calendar header didn't respond to taps. It's now in the toolbar, and the day cards scroll to the top when you pick a day. Improvements and new features in the same version Siri: create lists by voice. Date, time and priority are recognized in a spoken task title. Upcoming repeats: future dates of recurring tasks show as dashed preview rows in the day cards. Convert a task into a list. Reorder lists in the sidebar on iPad and Mac.

Brainstorm, plan the week, and start from a template — this update is about getting big things onto paper. BRAINSTORMING • Mind maps: give a topic a name and Planny Intelligence sketches branches and first ideas — or start empty and grow it by hand. Drag any node, nothing overlaps. • Every mind map is saved as a document — reopen and keep working under Documents. • Add the map to a list or turn it into a new one. New lists now start with the question: brainstorm first, or start empty? TEMPLATES • A gallery of ready-made lists — moving, wedding, school year, product launch, onboarding, travel and more — with tasks, subtasks, dates and repeats hanging on one anchor date. Search included. • Export any list and send it via AirDrop; import a list straight into an existing one. PLANNING TABLE • Up to two weeks side by side on Mac and iPad landscape, the open tasks in their own column, suggestions across the next four days. A battery in each day's header shows how full it is. • Tasks with a set time and no duration never count as overlapping anymore. MAC & iPAD • The calendar has its own column next to your days. The sidebar is always there, keeps its width, and shows how many tasks are open in each list. • Big sheets for planning, brainstorming and templates. New-list menus with template, import and scan. INTELLIGENCE & SETTINGS • "Never" now applies per task or list and asks once. Paused rules are one tap away in Settings. • Settings search finds options on every level. Energy level shows as "Energy: Normal" with its ring — Rested now in mint. • Onboarding asks how you plan: by time of day or by the clock. ALSO • Subtasks start collapsed; each task remembers whether you opened it. • Checking off many tasks in a row is instant, even on long days. • Selection bar, toasts and action bars are real Liquid Glass. Icons in Settings and lists are filled in their color. • Fixed: a black list after brainstorming, custom wallpaper on Apple Watch, a launch crash on Mac with calendar access, and many smaller things.

Small update, big polish. • Past days are read-only: what got done, nothing to plan or add anymore. • Access setup, reimagined: if Calendar or Reminders access is missing, Planny walks you through three quick steps, jumps straight to the right settings page and notices by itself when you come back – in onboarding as well. • Onboarding: pick your tint color first, then your wallpaper. • Planny Intelligence suggestions are now clearly labeled, and “What Planny sees” got its animated mark.

This update support the new Planny Creator Table on the Web, brings MailToTask to Planny and has a new bug reporting tool as well as several bugfixes and performance improvements.

PLANNY INTELLIGENCE • One button, one stack: Planny collects suggestions for your day and deals them as cards – Accept, Later or Never. “Why?” explains every card. Everything can be undone. • Nine rules that look out for you: relieve full days, balance the week, schedule old-but-important tasks, break big tasks down, rediscover forgotten ones, archive empty lists, use a free 45 minutes for focus. • Energy level: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from your Apple Watch become a score from 0 to 100.
