A lot of people may not agree with this but hoyo please hear me out! The game is perfect, the scenery is awesome and the characters are so cool and fun to play but there’s a little problem about Citlali. She is a new Character in Natlan. She’s a granny and she is very arrogant, why are you making her blushing like an anime girl who is inlove? And the fact that you obviously making Aether and Lumine’s reaction differently. Citlali blushes more to Aether. Please change that, and change character’s design. For me, Natlan is the far worst design of all. Chasca is actually pretty but she needs some change. I love this game very much but why do u have to put such a hard challenge just to get raiden shogun echo? To be honest this challenge is harder than fighting in the spiral abyss! I don’t want to complain about this because it maybe my character build are so bad that’s why I can’t win the challenge. However the problems is because of the time,it’s too short for me and I believe others players also struggle because of this,in my opinion if u could expand the time a little bit longer it would help a lot. I’m complaining about this right now not because I keep failing the challenge once or twice but hundreds of time so I just can’t take it anymore and I have to complain about this. Also I tried to chang my artifacts and weapon and everything hoping to win this challenge but it seems like all the efforts are for nothing. I don’t want to be so dramatic or anything but I hope u will come up with a good solution to this I don’t want to waste my time on trying to do the challenge that I will never be able to complete.

Rn I guess it’s very chaotic for genshin community and staffs and company. I know that you guys lacking at some points but I’m here to thank you for made Genshin impact. The game is really beautiful . I really don’t care about any rewards but all I wanted is , please continue to put your efforts on this game to make it more beautiful. The storyline, the scenery , the characters design and their stories. Couldn’t appreciate much. You guys efforts can be seen. Honestly. Rn it’s my safe place to be when I’m lonely. Whenever I open Genshin I just feel little at ease and just appreciate everything this game has put . That’s all thank you so much guys . I truly appreciate the game. Keep up the good work.
