Whenever we have a brainstorming idea the Claude always compile it into an appropriate document base on what we expect. I do appreciate that.

While Claude as a product is good, the customer service is non existant. I have been charge hundreds of dollars for an account I cannot access and have no way to actually get an answer from customer service despite trying a number of times. My bank was also unable and I now have no choice but to cancel my card. Infuriatingly dishonest and a lovely example of the consideration a company like Anthropic has for human beings. Pathetic.

What happens if you cut the work you do in half, after all, we get a loan, we paid for it, it is covered from the weekly limit at most and the job is completed, such a thing is ridiculous, if there is such a thing as a weekly credit limit, remove the diary, I will spend credit again to get the same job done, this is a violation of rights and a waste of time.

Every time i want it to do a simple task like tell me the benefits of sun and grass, it always bugs out and spews out nothing, only when i let it do it again so it could give me answers to my questions. Still, great ai
