When I try to send pictures more than 4 the app will close and the only way I can send pictures is sending it in a form of file which is too slow and when I try to send videos the app will close and force me to reinstall the app, except these issues it is a great app

I wish you devs at telegram could award me free premium. I’ve been a loyal user since 2013 and so far the app has never been a letdown to me. Telegram was my number 1 favorite messaging app for about 9 years and it was getting better and better after every updates you made. But now your recent update made it the worst messaging app ever and very sad to see my favorite telegram going to be a trash soon. The update you made to decrease the speed when sending videos and pictures in order for us to upgrade to premium is very unacceptable and in ethical.

I cannot access telegram using my number since someone else opened telegram account using my number and every time I try signing in, a verification message is sent to their telegram account and not my phone number sms. Kindly make an update so that phone number verification can be done via OTP sent via sms and not telegram account on other devices because our accounts are hacked by people and we cannot recover them back with the current settings.

Make it easier so that a user can be able to change from one phone number to another also make it easier where someone can be able to export chats to a different phone number. The app keeps saying connecting but not updating telling me to use a proxy wats that

I can see when the messages come in but for some reason it’s always stuck on updating. My connection is fast I checked. No other app gives me an issue and it’s rather random was well sometimes it’s fine and sometimes it’s just stuck on updating for no reason. Please fix this .

Hi, I have been using telegram for a while now and loved it. However, as of Sunday last week it stopped working. The app opens but I cannot message people. Deleted the app and downloaded it again. It started working… However, again it stopped working. How do I contact customer support and get this fixed? I cannot find a “contact customer support” button.

I lost my phone to Theif and when I tried to login, it request me to make it premium for 1 USD to regain my account. The funny part is it doesn’t approve email verification for login. I have been using Telegram since it was launched and now they felt I am not important customer unless I pay the platform to regain access to my long existing account. What happened to Telegram simplicity and amazing platform is so sad! I am so disappointed.

Thank you for fixing the issue. I had raised a complaint in regards to the app unable to be accessed once updated to version 6.0.0 but the new update version 6.0.1 has resolved that. It's now working perfectly and I'm loving the new folder feature update, finally now I can separate my chats effectively.

Telegram is cloud based. I can always get my messages on every device. The groups are large enough and with many features. I couldn’t ask for more.
