2022 Feature request! Plz add a section of USED or NEW in car selling section so it may help to short list the actual used car from the brand new cars which are offered by dealers. As we search for low budget used cars often we find list of brand new cars which have low prices (actually it’s the down payment amount)Which confuses and make the search a pain. Please add the NEW & USED feature when a new car ad is being posted.New update is good but it restarts every time switched back from another app and when came back to olx app all the searches are gone we have to start all again. Such a pain! PLZ ADDRESS THIS ISSUE! App is very good and using it since a long time now. OLX has become a huge online portal for buying and selling stuff online. I strongly feel that OLX should add a feature for search of cars that is a LOAN filter. Nowadays most of the cars have unpaid loan. Adding the LOAN FILTER will help people narrow the search to the desired car. OLX can add more details to the filters in every category. Hope i see the filters soon in action.

This app didn’t optimised a bit for IOS. It don’t stay in background even for 30 seconds. Whenever I am using it and go back to another app then switch back to OLX, it don’t stay in background, opening again as refreshed.(Using iPhone 12) Moreover, this app is full of fraudsters, 1st I used to think the fraud only happens with buyers but these scammers used to fraud even sellers. I posted an Ad for Macbook air and instantly a message came to me asking my number. He didn’t asked anything regarding product’s condition or anything, just asked for price and convinced with the price i mentioned easily, later on he said he can’t come to me and sending his wife and son to take it. When i asked for payment method he said half online and half cash, I denied and asked for full online for safety purpose, he agreed. Later on, when I investigated further, I found out that this person is a fraud who used to send a lady first to check how many people’s at home, then call their other peoples to gang on the seller at his own house using weapons like gun or Knife. This was not the first time that these kind of dangerous frauds happening on OLX, its going on from years and years since this application released. But unfortunately OLX didn’t took any action to stop these things and make it safer for buyer and seller to make deals. My suggestion is to set a Mid representative from OLX to become an intermediate between buyer and seller so that this middle person guarantees a genuine and proper exchange of product and money from both parties.

I got in a incident, where i was told that i will be able to buy ipad at better price so you to visit our store but whenever i asked for images of the product he declined and than he just start telling me that you should always trust people and so on and he was verified on olx ( which is 700rs per month ) they buy this subscription to get the trust of the victim and after all the talking he told that he will meet me at the station even tho he have 2-3 meetings and he is kinda a busy person but when i reached the station and asked him where he is at, he told me he is stuck in the traffic and it takes long time to reach and so i should visit on the location where his shop is located and when i asked what is the shop name or can you send me shop images or products images ? He suddenly start talking on another topic or started making excuses and insisted that i should visit the location he is sending me live, so than i lastly ask can you share me your image but he again started talking on trust and giving lectures so i came to a conclusion that this guy is “too suspicious” and than i returned back home but he started spamming calls on my mobile even when i declined that i can’t visit the place so i decided to report him but you know what ???? He already reported me on olx before i even know and my id was banned with no way to login all because he had payed olx 700rs ? So in the end i think the main flaw in this olx is they are full of “Scammers, kidnappers and human traffickers” and one should not install this dangerous and harmful app that can cost your life or your loved one’s.
