We have ordered 4 packets of zeecal 500mg on 7th may and got the information it’s packed and ready for dispatch on 9th may but till 12th may no dispatch been done and when I asked reason from customer support they didn’t able to give proper answer and continuously repeating we was searching the tablets as it was not available in warehouse , if it was not available then how did I get a message on 9th about packed and ready for dispatch and then the associate speaks irritated that I have given you enough explanation tell me what could I do like he want me to say to cancel order..I am very upset with the services and attitude of company employee ...I will never order again , if they take 1week for delivery for medicines then it’s shamefulafter review developer contacted me and show some respect towards my concern and allowed me to buy 1packet from market and credited the amount in ewallet although I would have appreciated if they have credited in my card rather then ewallet but at least they responded so I improved the rating to 2 but still it was not good to see delivery time is long and response rate is slow and customer care did not take proper action in first go

One advice please show estimated delivery time before order confirmation so that customer will not order on your platform if it’s urgent . I know it’s difficult as you loose business in most of the cases but please do it for gods shake as you people are dealing with urgency catagorie. 🙏🏻Cons 1.Highest time to deliver 2.No one cares about customers money 3.After complaining multiple times they go in their regular process of we will try to do it asap . No one knows what’s asap . 4.Any other app will deliver way faster then them . Like if they deliver in 7 days others will do it in 2 days . Pros :- nothing as of now got 25 percent discount but I feel I should not have gone for that . After getting harassed . As they deliver medicines they should stop delivering for the locations they are taking more then 7 days . And please try to commit to your dates as this industry is not luxury it’s urgency . I kept crying for my delivery that it’s urgent but no one really heard me it’s crossing my delivery date but no response . I paid twice for this order the initial payment is also stuck with them they are asking me wait till they fix their system . I have not invested in your company so please understand and pay back my amount or return with 10 percentage interest why the hell I will pay u my money for 10 days and wait ? Govt please bring a reform so that we can stop this fraudulence application .Same medicine is getting delivered by other vendors in 2 days

I had few items which I was reluctant to Eder at first. Then I got a call from Netmeds asking me why I am not ordering those products. I said that I wanted the delivery that to be after the date that was showing. There I really emphasised on that point since I would not present at the address at the current delivery date. She assured me that the delivery would only after I wanted and offered to order the items on my behalf. I believed she had talen care of it (like customer service staff is supposed to and most of them do) and allowed it. Then when she placed my order I saw that there was no change of the delivery date. I again called the customer service but this she said that your would take time and would be delivered at the right date itself. And if anyway it comes before that I could say the delivery person to attempt delivery the day after that. There I was assured that I will get my order on time( as I needed it urgently it was medicines) Then I got a call form delivery agent on the day I was not hoping to get it delivered and he said that I couldn’t reschedule the delivery date and if I did, I would get my order pretty late. I said him that I had already talked with customer service not once but twice. Then for the third time I again called customer service narrating her full story. She just said few words bug I didn’t help a bit. It seems that you have horrible customer service and no one coordinates with each other. Till now I have habit received my order and it was already paid. Will never be ordering for Netmeds again. (Tata 1mg is way better)

Absolute worst experience! Fake delivery timelines and pathetic customer service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Netmeds has completely ruined its reliability. Every single time you place an order, they display a fake, highly optimistic estimated delivery date just to trick you into confirming the purchase and taking your money. Once the order is placed, the reality sets in: absolute radio silence and endless delays. The dates shown on the app are entirely fictional. Medicines that are supposed to arrive in 2–3 days routinely get pushed back day after day, completely ignoring the fact that people order medicines because they actually need them on time. Zero Accountability & Fake Tracking: The tracking status on the app gets stuck and stops updating for days. There is zero transparency about where your package actually is. Useless Customer Support: Their customer service is hands down the worst. Whenever you manage to reach out to them regarding a delayed order, you are met with scripted responses ("your issue has been escalated") with zero actual resolution or willingness to help. People buy medicines out of necessity, not for fun. Playing with healthcare timelines is unprofessionally reckless. Do yourself a favor and save your health and time by using any local pharmacy or a reliable alternative instead of falling for Netmeds' false promises.
