This is the 4th order that is delayed for more than an hour. I had ordered around 7:30 pm and was confirmed delivery time of 8:30. I live within 500 m of the store. But i still use online because i work in American shift timing. Now when i am writing this feedback it is 8:35 Pm and the delivery boy is currently somewhere 12 to 13 kms away as per his location in the map. To cover that much of distance he is bound to take an hour. My last order was also delayed by an hour and hour. This is not poor service but totally unprofessional. This is the south city kolkata spencer outlet. This is probably my last order from Spencer. I would rather choose blinkit or any other app inspite high delivery cost but they ate quick and professional.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Jiffy by Spencer’s is hands down the most disappointing service I’ve ever come across. The app is buggy, the delivery is ridiculously late (sometimes hours, sometimes the next day without notice), and the customer support is practically non-existent. You’ll be lucky if they even respond to your complaint, let alone resolve it.The product quality is equally pathetic—half the time items are missing, substituted without consent, or delivered in terrible condition. Fresh produce arrives stale or spoiled, packaged goods come crushed, and frozen items are often melted. To make matters worse, they charge a premium for this so-called “convenience.”It feels like they’ve put zero thought into customer experience. Instead of making life easier, Jiffy by Spencer’s makes you frustrated, wastes your time, and leaves you regretting why you ever tried them. I’d strongly advise anyone to avoid this service and look for alternatives that actually deliver on their promises. Look into the customer executive name Anjali Gupta worst service no way of talking , still no refund for my last order on 21st August

Hi everyone, never buy any items from Spencer’s in online, if you are ordering better to order Cash On Delivery payment mode, Or else if you buy using online payment then Spencer’s management knows how to loot money from you. My personal experience with Spencer’s is horrible. I have placed 4 orders in Spencer’s official online application and i paid using my debit card, initially order accepted and later they just cancelled my orders because products out off stock and didn’t refund my money back to my source account. When I checked with store manager (MG road, Gurgoan) he simply said that they didn’t receive money from my bank that is the reason they canceled the order. But actual reason of cancelling my order is different as I mentioned above. Even though I have bank statement, these guys not believing me. More over this Spencer’s customer care no dose not work anytime. That’s how the horrible service you will receive when you shop with Spencer’s. My sincere request to all Indians is to by groceries in other online platforms which deliver the best products and services.

I have placed an order 2 days ago, so far there is no communication from Spencer’s, there is no way to contact them. Toll free number is not existing, no body is responding to email. The order status is no more in pending state, it seems I have been duped. Please do not place an order, you might loose your money. So far, I sent 2 emails, but no response. Tried calling toll free number but unable to connect. Received delivery 3 days later. But I did not receive all the items. Order amount ₹520, items delivered worth ₹342. Remaining money so far did not get credited either to wallet or my original mode of payment. Don’t even know if I will get it. The worst part is, there is no update on order status from Spencer’s and no reply to emails, leave alone answering the toll free number. Even the WhatsApp number provided in store is not responsive. The person holding Whatsapp phone doesn’t bother to reply. Please do not implement any service, if you don’t have sufficient manpower or knowledge of the same, or else it will spoil your brand value and image. It takes very long to build the reputation and short time to damage it.
