I like the message service provided by jeevansathi its free and useful to us to decide whether some one is interested in us atleast we can connect some one unlike other apps charges for this work if any one accept your request then other apps charges ask for subscription. This shows that its main focus is match making and profit making is secondary. So JEEVANSATHI is best app and for premium feature you can subscribe for contact details and other premium features. It is very east to operate look forward to more and more suitable matches. Fingers crossed, hope to find someone soon. 5 star to jeevansathi and its team for doing such a wonderful job!!

Frauds only interested in looting people

Jeevansaathi is nothing but a bunch of frauds who are only interested in fleecing people of their hard earned money without providing any service! After making a million calls and forcing you to buy their membership, after a few days they suddenly block your account for fake reasons and force you to provide sensitive documents for verification. This is NEVER mentioned by the executive who calls you to sell you their membership that verification is mandatory. All they are after is your money so they don’t disclose this bit of information to you! Also it’s never mentioned when you actually register on their website. Their goal is only n only to get your money. Once they get your money these guys disappear into thin air and you can’t ever reach them on the phone customer service even when they block your account citing fictitious reasons! They don’t really care about customer satisfaction n are money hungry scamsters who won’t ever refund your money even when they are not providing their services!! Kindly boycott and report these frauds and move to other matrimonial platforms!

More filters

There should be more filters like family income filter, sibling filter (has/does not have siblings), profile not viewed (it is there but it doesnt work as expected, it still shows profiles that have been visited before), school/college a person studied in , company a person works in. Search api doesn’t work really well, it doesnt show all results. Seen few profiles that do not show up in search results even though they are there.Matches api shows me the same profiles over and over again sometimes. Priority should be to show new matches/profiles as default.Date of birth with time and place should be mandatory i feel along with 1 photo (can be hidden though)There should be an option to search by name of person. Horoscope status is not exactly accurate. It shows non manglik even tho a person could be manglik.

Not a useful app in cities belonging to tier 2 and below

Holden Caulfield the catcher
First of all, Jeevansaathi is the only app that allows chatting with the users free of cost, which should have been a game changer move but the app is still not as popular. My major issue is that there are not many users in tier 2 cities which makes the app pretty much useless. In my city, there are less than 100 active profiles. When I narrow it down based on education, age and caste what I get is less than 10 profiles. Therefore, it is not possible statistically to find a suitable match here. And finally don’t get me started on golddigging high school dropouts and BA pass outs. They remind of Amber Heard who married Johnny Depp only to loot his money. These women constitute a major portion of the userbase and they are constantly looking for matches that are out of their league to either find an Nri or a rich businessman who is declaring his income above 10 lakhs. These women should be banned from this app as they are nothing less than spammers. One last thing it is my opinion that any woman who does not upload her pic should not be allowed to make a profile on matrimonial apps because such women want to deceive the guys. If a guy is transparent and disclosing everything the same should be expected from women. And here is a shocking statistic for everyone: the success rate of matrimonial and dating apps are less than 5%. Just imagine from about 5000 active profiles on this app, there are less than 250 success stories. Shaadi. Com has about 50k active profiles and you can imagine how pitiful the situation is with such a low success rate. No app company cares about this stat. They are running to the bank with your money. The irony is they can make more money if they researched the reasons why online match-making is such a difficult task and thereafter making tough decisions to make it successful. But unless that is happening, these apps will keep giving you a holy-grail and the users wouldn’t know it because if they knew they would walk off from these apps that sells dreams and not reality.

Hello,Thank you for reaching out. We completely understand your concern. However, please understand that while we help our users discover the best matches. Still, it is in the interests of a user to use their best judgment to assess another person’s genuineness and interest in marriage, as it is tough to ascertain someone's intentions behind creating a profile. Also, it completely depends on the other user what type of life partner they would prefer, and unfortunately, we can not interfere with or control their desires.Regards, Team Jeevansathi

Cupid’s been working overtime and so were our engineers! Here’s what’s new in this update: Bug Fixes – Some pesky little digital bugs were interfering with your matchmaking. We fixed them for good! Performance Enhancements – Your app now works faster than your aunt setting up a “rishta” after one good photo. Algorithm Enhancements – We gave our matchmaking engine a little extra love so you can find yours. Update now and let destiny (and some solid backend code) do its magic!
