I installed homeAI on Saturday evening, fully aware there was a three-day free trial. To my shock, the app charged me ₹999 on Monday evening—barely two days later. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been tricked into a premature charge, and this feels like nothing short of extortion.Apps like this damage trust. I demand a full refund immediately. I will also be reporting this behavior to the relevant platform for violating fair billing practices. Be cautious if you’re considering downloading this app.

They are deducting the subscription fees before trial period ends. My trial period was supposed to end on 8th but they have charged on 7th evening before 8th june. On writing a mail they asked me to check their refund policy its seen "By purchasing a subscription or service, you acknowledge that the purchase is final and that you are accessing a digital service with immediate availability. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access has begun, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms." But nowhere it's mentioned that they can charge before trial period ends. On appstore refund also it's not showing for refund as charging only begins on 8th but they have already charged on 7th. It's a huge scam and proper action must be taken against such malpractice.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a misleading subscription charge related to the Home AI app on the App Store. On 1st august, I attempted to activate the free trial of the Home AI app, as advertised. However, instead of accessing the trial, I was immediately directed to a payment window, and a full yearly subscription fee 3999 was deducted from my account without my clear consent or confirmation. I did not intend to make any purchase and believed I was initiating a risk-free trial period.Upon realizing the charge, I contacted Apple Support promptly and requested a refund. Unfortunately, my request was denied, which I find extremely disappointing and unfair given the misleading nature of the subscription flow within the app. The home ai customer support email is also not giving me correct response. I strongly believe this practice borders on deceptive design, and I feel scammed by how the app handled the subscription process. I request that you reconsider my refund request and take necessary actions to ensure that such misleading in-app purchase practices are properly addressed and prevented.

I tried using the app to visualize different paint colors in our interior spaces, but I found it difficult to test the colors I had in mind. The main issue is that the color selection square does not allow for precise color picking. It would be helpful to have an option to enter RGB (or HEX) values directly, so users can apply specific colors they find online instead of relying solely on manual selection through the color picker.
