Very Pathetic management

In regards to my booking at Kamal farms in Karjat , I had a horrible experience. Planning a vacation after 2 long years and my praneta going out after this time was a look forward for vacation with my brothers joining in from different places. We as a family were gonna meet after 2 years and the goibibo Messed it. I paid the entire amount and got confirmation. Accidentally I called up the property to check if we can check in early and to my shock I got to know that they have refused my booking. I immediately contacted goibibo (not less than 20 times) and it was handled May Mr. Anurag Yadav from goibibo. Till Wednesday (I had booked on a Sunday) I had got confirmation messages too and was told that the team is looking into. Inspite of mail I did not receive any call till the day where I had no option for booking any other property and I was told that “we are sorry”. It ruined our entire aspirations and long awaited vacation. I was offered coupons as a mark of apology and a additional booking charges that would be paid if I book with any other hotel which Would surely not compensate for the agony. Money can be refunded but not emotions. A huge set back and a terrible experience. You can play with anyones vacation like this Especially of a doctor (me) who had got vacation after years!

Hotel money cannot be refunded from the app

Hi You have always been a good app service and I have been booking my outst station train from here, but this was the first time that I booked a hotel and sadly, I cannot get the refund back because it’s mentioned in the app that cannot be refunded. So here’s the thing the hotel had sent me an email stating the construction work and that they would be giving me a small room closer to the kitchen, and there is no staircase to go up to the hotel because it’s a budget friendly hotel and I mentioned to them that nothing was mentioned in the app, so what do I do? So they told me okay? We will cancel your booking from our end, and you can please tell the Goibibo app to refund the money to you, and you can tell them that we have cancelled your booking. But sadly, sadly, the app does not have a way to get in touch with the customer service to put forth my my point of you and the only option I had was to mention it in the review so that you guys can get back to me. I also have the email and the correspondence that I had with the hotel, I’ll share my booking id .

Pathetic resolution of complaint

My complaint has been resolved & closed but I cannot view what is the actual resolution been given to me. I have received a call from Goibibo customer care that refund of compensation is rejected by the Hotel. But my question to Goibibo is what’s the authenticity of Goibibo site. I traveled to Goa from Kanpur with my family on a confidance that whatever has been shown on your site is actually exist. But the scene we actually faced was terrifying at 20:00 hrs when we entered the Hotel & felt that it’s not safe for the family. There was no reception & no restaurant. Meals were provided when being called on the number registered with Goibibo site which was later on switched off from next day morning that too from out side the Hotel. No taxi was available at that time to return to another hotel booked at the same time when I entered this Hotel. Actually it’s not a Hotel. Even Goibibo customer care executives was unable to connect with them since that day till today. & now you have straight away saying Hotel has rejected the refund, whereas I along with my family checked out from the Hotel very next day & booked another hotel through Goibibo site only. Double payment of Hotel being levied on me just because of wrong authentication from Goibibo. Why I shouldn’t get my amount refunded, when I paid in advance that too believed on Goibibo site…? I need my amount to be refunded within next 2 days either by the Hotel or by Goibibo site. Waiting for your early & positive reply.

I’m a frequent traveller and so called the goTribe. I have booked a cab for airport drop. I was given a drivers number which was not reachable then I contacted the customer care they gave me another direct number of the driver. I called that number and driver told me that he is from quickride and his duty time is over. I contacted ibibo customer care they told 5 minutes and this repeated thrice. Then i got a call from make my trip saying the cab will be there in 5 minutes. I was wondering everybody has this 5 minutes for anything more than 10 minutes. I’m using ibibo only to know that a lot of agencies involved. Eventually the cab arrived after 25 minutes and thankfully because of the drivers skills I reached on time. Then i called customer care to inform that i need to raise formal compliant so that their process can be improved. I asked for email or phone for the same. They said the number i am calling is the one to use and will raise a complaint. Then i told please email me the process progress they said its not possible. I asked then how do I know if you are acting on it. They said it’s internal matter. I as a customer pay convenient fee for the app and i don't have rights to know if the feedback is received and processed. I also couldn’t find a page in the app to provide any feedback. Writing it here so that users of this app can use it wisely. It may be an isolated incident bit because of some body’s carelessness one shouldn’t miss a flight especially international one.
