The eCourts Services mobile app developed under the eCourts Project, under the aegis of eCommittee, Supreme Court of India and funded by Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India to enhance transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in the judicial system. Designed for citizens, litigants, advocates, police, government agencies, and institutional users, the app provides near real-time access to case-related information from courts across the country. It empowers users to stay informed about hearing dates, case progress, and judicial outcomes without the need for physical court visits. With a secure and user-friendly interface, the app allows users to track case status, view cause lists, and access court orders and judgments anytime, anywhere. Cases can be searched using multiple parameters, including Case Number, Party Name, Advocate Name, Filing Number, FIR Number, and more. The app also supports personalized tracking through the “My Cases” feature.
Very Very bad Experience about Latest Update / Version.

The previous version of the eCourts Services app was fantastic and incredibly reliable, but this latest version is an absolute disaster. The new app is painfully slow; whenever I tap a date in the calendar, it just buffers indefinitely, and no case list appears. To make matters worse, the update wiped out my saved data, and the backup restore feature is broken, meaning I lost my entire list of tracked cases. They even removed basic, essential functionality like being able to easily copy and paste case numbers directly from the cause list. Instead of improving the experience, this update is full of bugs, constantly hangs, and has made what used to be a quick, essential tool completely unusable. Please fix these glaring issues immediately or allow us to roll back to the older, faster version.

Older version was far better than this new version. It always loading the cases whenever i tap the calender and choose any speciifc day… i need to wait for hours to see my caselist of that particular day. The older version was very easy and quick to use… all my cases have been lost from this new version. I took back up from the older version in my phone… but i was unaware that i need to take back up seperately for high court cases also… i thought knce i take back up of the cases it will include high court cases also in that back up… but when i restore cases from the back up i onlh got my district court cases… therefore its absurd app now for me to use…coz neither i have so much time to wait for the loading time nor i have any interest anymorw in this app due to the lost data…

As a Advocate, When we got to know a update is going to come for the eCourts app we all were happy and were expecting some useful updates in the app, but unfortunately it’s totally different and we have to say the old one was better.The older version many times used to work even without internet (on Saved Data) which was very useful during network problems,Also we were able to copy paste the case details such as Dates, party names,etc, but In the new version it’s not supported.The UI of the old version was best, many changes need to be done in this current version.And also I personally think there must be add note to each case on each date so that advocates can note imp things on each date which would be more useful for advocates.Unfortunately, the new version has been disappointing, and in many ways, the older version was better.I hope these concerns and suggestions are considered in future updates. Backup recovery and operating problem

I have updated this app and i have lost my all saved cases i had already a backup in my google drive but this new updated app did not recover my cases when ever i tried and there was response that file not found . Secondly this app doesn’t work properly daily cases from clander does show even when ever i tried to open it usually updating or buffering and after then it doesn’t open . I requested to fix it soon . Or if you are unable to do so then leave your job immediately.
