Purchased something and after it got processed, got no reward

I purchased a 999 pack. My payment went through. And yet I didn’t receive the purchased items. Instead I got 14 dices instead of 1.4K. This is the second time this has happened. I reached out to customer support and have got no reply. This is an amazing game but I was disappointed today that it turned out to be like all other fraud games where they ask you to make a purchase and still don’t give you the reward

No rewards on winning the tournament

Hi i won the tournament with 2nd ranking and needed 1 gems which was in that reward to buy the box but haven’t received the rewards also contacted the support no reply its just like when you on the verge of earning big rewards they are not hiving you and just scamming people, they might give me a reward but i think it will be after the gems event ends and till then the gems will be of no use.. even i am the person who is doing in app purchases.. disappointed.

Without purchase can not get a pet or win album or trail or treasure hunt so 90% of the game is linked to purchase. Without purchase the game feel dead slow. On top of this the ALGO is designed not to make big moves for the trails or dice. Im addicted to this game and im currently in level 107 but these things made me give my rating.Those we can purchase they are the boss 🤭
