Unindicated timers, unreachable support

Today, I decided to spend the duplicated stickers for safe deposite boxes, since the event soon runs our. Since I didn’t reach 2500, wanted to spend it on 4x 500. However, after purchasing the first one, I met a 24 hour timer! Which, was in no way indicated anywhere on that page, or in the app. I also found no mention of it in the support page.Oh, and when it comes to support, there is no way to reach them directly in an email, the article about how to reach them tells to do it in app, but the in app support also simply opens the same page, just in a built in browser. I also still find monetization overly aggresive, I didn’t think the time would come that I couldn’t recommend a Monopoly game to children, and Hasbro actually should be ashamed that they let this happen (surely they get their paychecks so it likely doesn’t matter now, however on the long term it does hurt the brand. Because of this I won’t purchase an original board monopoly in the future)

I downloaded this game purely because I was bored, but I noticed—and later confirmed online—that if you pay, the game “magically” becomes easier. It helps you reach goals and complete challenges, and even makes the dice land on spaces that give you more advantages. However, once you stop paying, all the “luck” spaces suddenly stop working.If you want to waste money on a game that won’t give you anything good in return, this is the one for you.

However, after several months of playing, it suddenly wouldn't let me enter my regular account....Since then, I could only enter a new one, but obviously I won't start over because it's annoying.I wrote to them, but they are asking for information that is impossible to provide without logging in. And that's all they shook off that they can't help then......I'm sorry!!!
