Dear MihoyoI loveloveLOVE this game. It’s everything I wanted. The art the characters the storyline…everything is perfect. But I encountered a major problem. I can only build my characters with my sisters help because I’m too weak and discouraged to do it by myself. And I started this world quest, which I find very very hard and my characters are too weak to do it (trails in tianqiu) and it blocks my co-op mode so either can I do it with my sis OR build my characters so that it can work. It is an endless painful circle. Now I have been very stressed and I can’t even sleep properly! I keep thinking of a solution but I just can’t. So perhaps in the next update, is it possible to put an option of CANCELING the world quests? I mean it has no bigger importance, and I think it would be quite alright. Thank you if you do add this choice

The game is slowly getting worse and worse. We getmore characters. But the rewards and events have been the same for SIX YEARS. We barely get new type of events. They keep changing the lore, from the previously established story. They rewrite characters.The powercreep is so bad that without the new characters abyss is almost impossible to beat. The story is unbearably long. Which would not be a problem if we had a SKIP BUTTON. We know that Hoyoverse is capable of adding a SKIP BUTTON, because hsr already has one. And that game is 3 years old. After a certain AR there is nothing to do in the game. l'm AR60, have been for years now, all of the regions are 100%, I cant beat abyss, because I dont pull for the new characters. We have 3 endgame content, but one of them is an event, the other one needs a lot of built characters in specific elements the last one needs two fully functional and built team comp. The endgames are the same but in different fonts. I only pull for those who I like. And I'm so bored.Even in open world the enemies are getting harder and harder to beat. If you dont have the right team comp, or element dont even try to get near the story fight/ bosses. Its getting really ridiculous. Also Miliastra is a waste of storage, barely anyone uses it. It takes up storage. Even if they keep it, it should be deletable.Those who wanna play it still could play and those who dont want to should be able to delete it. DO BETTER HOYO. This is the SECOND time I’m writing this review. They deleted my review that i wrote. Hope this stays up so other people can see it too.

We don’t get enough rewards. We don’t even get enough wishes to pull for ONE guaranteed 5 star character during a whole patch. The reward system is so much better in honkai star rail, and I do not understand why we can’t have that here in genshin. It’s hard to believe that these two games are from the same company. Hsr has everything genshin players have been asking for; skip button, free wishes at the start of each patch, you can even lose your 50/50 to other limited 5* characters?? I know I’m comparing too much, but considering hoyoverse owns both games I think it would be really easy for them to give us the stuff hsr has over here in genshin too. They just refuse to.In conclusion, I love this game, I really do, but I wish I didn’t have to spend money to get a 5 star. Especially since I’m the type to pull for characters I like instead of meta, which is on me, i know.But please Hoyo, listen to your players and improve your game, I promise that people will really appreciate it, and reviews can return to normal. I’m waiting for the time I can honestly give this game a proud five star review.

Been playing the game since 2021. At first there was so much to do, so many ways to earn primogems, and the lore was actually fun. But now… We barely get 60 pulls with 3 new characters out. The new regions are getting smaller, meaning less primogems. The lore COULD be good, but the pointless yapping is frustrating. Especially since important quests are more than 15 hours long. Not even talking about most of them not even being voiced over. The community has been begging for a skip button since no one who actually has a life wants/can do a 20 hour long quest. The characters are getting more and more sexualised. Don’t tell me a moonchanter needed double d’s and half of them being exposed. The company is greedy af. If you’re in late game, you can’t even get enough primogems for a character without having to pay, not even talking about losing the 50/50. They added a game mode where you can “costumize” you’re character. By paying ofc. Could have been an amazing game but they pretty much ruined it.
