  • Very annoying issue with updates

    Openinappsucks

The app itself is great, never had issues, but one thing that drives me crazy is the fact that when googling something on safari and opening a reddit thread it wont allow you to read it fully in google so they have a button open in app, but when i click it always opens the app store and never reddit so I can't get to the thread I wanna read.. It happens wheter I'm up to date or not. all the same

  • Fps drops when viewing profiles

    toni_jj_

I enjoy the app very much i kust say, but since i upadted to iOS 15.6, I get bad fps drop when viewing someones profile and when viewving subreddits everything is fine. Does anyone else have the same issue? I'm on iPhone 13 Pro if that matters... pls help

  • There’s room for improvement

    klarion99

This app can be a lot better… Issues: -does not remember notification settings (I set up that I don’t want any notifications only for all settings to be reset after few weeks) -I don’t know how to turn off videos autoplay, it always resizes and goes on in the corner. EDIT: My rating goes from 4 stars to 3 stars because of the following new issue: -I get notification in the bell icon which just stays there even after I read the post or comment that notification is for. So 3 stars from me until these issues are resolved.

  • Horrifying would be an understatement.

    Charli Lovely

Never expected to have the rug pulled under me in such a major and liberating platform but yet here we are. Reddit enabled some of the safest places on the internet with the help of third party developers who used their API. They are now mAkInG tHe eXecUtIvE dEciSiOn to make it functionally unusable by women, blind people, queer people etc. They are artificially replacing subreddit moderators (similar to celebrity account owners on other media), and they’re making these subreddits functionally unusable as Reddit relied heavily on third party human moderation. Not to mention the way they’ve addressed their users and customers, absolutely horrid stuff.

Video playback is trash after the last update. Clicked on the video during playback? Good luck ever starting it again or finding where you stopped.

  • Can’t load

    krmabaldi

Last update destroyed the app for my phone. I’m using ios 11.1.1 and I can’t load the application. It freezes whole screen, only physical buttons are working. I’m having withdrawals for not surfing the reddit for 5 days, please help me!

  • Whats with the update?

    magnetic37

After the last update, crashes all the time.

  • Unusable lately

    Svantevid

This app has a memory leak or something lately, at least on iPhone 12. Scrolling several videos and gifs, and the whole phone starts to freeze up. Reddit keeps updating les important stuff rather than fixing actual usability

  • App is not what it use to be

    tomzaic

App went full on left wing pedo direction.Use to be a mostly non politcs app where you can say whatever you want sometimes even go a little dark but now its like twitter before elon musk. Mods are banning people for telling facts just because they politicly disagree with the comments. You can literly get banned on subredits that doesnt have anything to do with politics if you are not “politicly correct”

  • Required to create account

    Jon lsskfkkskx

Firstly, browsing site on mobile using browser which requires to download app. Tried many times to evade it, but cannot continue without app. Ok, downloaded app, now it requires from me to create account and login. I will not create account on your site!!! I just wanna read people’s comments, not interested in corporate account creation and user counting.
