I am using Microsoft 365 because I am using my phone for work.I need to download a PhD from email and send to my colleague in WhatsApp.While I am sending the document , this message of requesting scoring pop up and crash with my operating. They crash and I cannot control my keyboard to do neither the sending document task nor the scoring task.I can accept advertisement or scoring pop up but should affects normal operation.

Powerful as it links to other MS software, like email, Teams, SharedPoint, etc that it helps to check and summarize key issues and points. It is so smart to do reminding. But, the function of creating powerful with graphic really needs to improve.

Receiving and sending emails with no problem. Writing email is straightforward. Easy to format text and insert documents, aided by the recognizable icons. Grouping emails and setting up rules for email triage are recognizably guided by corresponding uses of texts and icons.

Very slow to load document , slow the process. Speed up back the devices apple

We need support for multiple windows with this integrated app.

After the last update it's not more possible for me to open my last chat which is listed in the history on the pod business copilot in the app.It only work on the edge browser on the laptop. What is pretty inconvenient when it's needed on the phone for work urgently.

Too Frequent updates in this app these days causes the loss of my important data. Everyday is like a challenge, where i have to rewrite all my data or creating many backups. It’s a total inconvenience, even though i have a premium subscription. I loved their apps before, but now it makes me think whether to stick with it or change my mind.

Nothing to complain about as the total integration leaves nothing to complain about ! I love using the whole suite of products for all of my life requirements.

For One-note it would be great if they can make the alphabetical order to organize my notes in which matches the desk top version, but the Microsoft word is very useful.
