Can only access App Store when phone is connected to WIFI. No access when it’s on mobile data. (Before you ask) Mobile data has already been allowed for App Store in Settings. Please check and fix.

Don’t buy anything from the online store unless you are prepared to forfeit your rights as a customer! My case is that I just misplaced my order for the old iPad, I discovered it when Im back home checking my order acknowledgment at night. The order status had already changed to preparing delivery (at Sunday night!). I placed the order at apple (Asia pacific) online shop which is run by bureaucratic Singaporean. Once you place your order, even though you have a sound reason (they will listen to you but just ignore you), they won’t allow you to cancel or even change your order. The staff will just repeat the terms of the refund policy. They wouldn’t provide any help and even worse they wouldn’t disclose their identities so that you can pursue further. Apple should be ashamed of having the long established bureaucratic Singapore office. I couldn’t believe those staff could survive in the United States customer service! Only buy apple stuff at Apple store which provide excellent customer service!

(HK) The app keeps showing the iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Black in-stock in all stores but once you place an order, it says not available and not allow you to refresh to check on other stores.It’s been happening for a week. I understand that there’s a shortage and people may check out quickly once there’s a stock. However, it shouldn’t be saying there’re stocks in all stores at the first place 24/7.Please fix.

Shopping online from this app is the worst shopping experiences ever. I ordered the Hermes watch strap 40mm in pink somehow when I choose the other colour the app redirect to 44mm in blue instead. When payment made I realised the order is wrong however it cannot be amended , no exchange (when the product still with Apple) or refund. The only way is that you got to give up the order and pay 15% of your product price as services charge. Apple hotline stuff not helpful at all, keep emphasis its apple policy. No protection to shop here at all.

Hello my experiences with the apple store is that I bought the Apple pen nibs and two iPhone XRs and it works really well I even had my Apple Pay pen inscribed with my name and it was a delivered really quickly relatively speaking. I enjoyed my experiences although the store interface can change so it looks much better. I enjoyed it very much

I cant update it, i have got into the app and it says i need to update but i cant update it in the appstore. every app seems fine and it’s be able to update. and in my update list there’s no apple store. but the app itself is alright

I had a terrible experience with this app. After multiple attempts to make a payment, I kept getting a “card declined” message. However, it still proceeded to authorize my payment. I ended up with duplicate charges on my bank account! Even after blocking my card, the app continued to try and take money from my account. This is unacceptable! Fix it!

Well it’s apple so it’s good duh u can check specs for the devices too and ull know what’s new too so it’s good and yes I’m not an adult but I’m not a kid but wat I’m saying is spree and I don’t have any spelling mistakes it’s just wat we do lol

POV: You buy a new tablet or phone.After like 5 system updates and 2 more generation of that kind of device, it starts randomly shutting down and it takes forever to go back to its normal state.Apple workers say ‘U NEed tO bUY A nEweR DeVIce’They never think what we do if we can’t afford new ones.Hope updates are ACTUALLY useful.

The limits in apple are terrible. When I request for more time more than once in the same day or less it DOSENT send the request. Plus after like five seconds of getting the app back when I press “one more minute” it changes back to the downtime screeen and then proceeds to wait TEN SECONDS until I can use the app again. TERRIBLE.
