As I moved to a foreign country and the new house dint have internet I got a to link modem router that supports 4g sim.I works exceptionally well and with its great app everything got connected and worked superb.finally I got direct internet to the house (fiber optic) and the tp link worked better from the modem of the cable company! Amazing!! So next step since I’m so happy with my tp link modem I thought to add a little security to the house and I got a tp link internal camera! Happy with my purchase I got the external WiFi full color 2k camera which also got connected with great ease and has so many advanced features I was amazed!Finally I got a extender to cover the back yard and more extra cameras! I highly recommend to link incredible value for money superb ease to connect everything. Looking forward to more great things from them!

Dear Tapo Support Team,I am writing to report an issue with my Tapo C530WS camera regarding the night mode activation.When it gets dark in the evening, the camera does not always switch to night mode automatically. The camera seems to rely only on its light sensor, and if there is even a small amount of ambient light around (for example from nearby street lights or houses), it fails to activate night mode. As a result, the image during the night is not clear and the camera does not perform as expected.I would like to suggest a feature improvement for the software. It would be very helpful if users could manually set a specific time schedule for night mode, instead of relying only on the light sensor. For example, allowing users to set night mode to activate automatically between certain hours (e.g., 20:00 to 07:00).This option would solve the problem in environments where the light sensor cannot accurately detect darkness due to surrounding lights.I hope you can consider this suggestion in a future firmware or app update.Thank you for your support.

It works well and it is easy to setup and operate. It has many features and if the developers work on some simple additions it will easily get 5 stars.I have two requests for the alarm mode.First, add the option to change the notification sound in an alert sound. This is important!Second, there should be an option to set conditions on when to get notifications from the movement sensor. Now if you allow notifications you will get notified even when you are moving in the house. It should be possible to get the notifications only when the alarm automation is activated as getting notifications all the time could be very frustrating. The condition should be bundled within the alarm automation.

Best cameras that I ever purchased for the security of my home. I had to buy TP LINK cameras for the reason tge other brand I had, they were constantly buffering and most of all, to see tge interior of my house, I had to endure the 10 minutes advertisements!
