I have ordered several items in different orders. Today I received the first ones. The goods were exactly as shown and described in Temu. I am very satisfied with the overall quality of the service and the goods. So far the experience has exceeded my expectations. I want to thank all those involved in this excellent experience: the boss, the ones working in the company, the couriers and of course the merchants that provide the goods. Sorry if I forgot someone. Thanks once more! I am looking forward to receiving the rest of my orders!

Temu is a scammy, manipulative app — avoid at all costs.From the moment I downloaded the app, I couldn’t get a moment of peace to simply check out products. They kept bombarding me with pop-ups and flashy offers — “Get your first 6 items for free!” they said. I started scrolling to choose what I wanted, but there was no search button anywhere. So I went back to the home page to try searching for items I’d seen before — but boom, another offer: $200 in coupons, which quickly jumped to $300! What happened to the 6 free items? No clue. All I wanted was to browse or search for what I actually needed, but instead I was trapped in an endless loop of distractions and fake promotions. Every time I tried to back out or reject giving them my phone number, they just ramped up the pressure. After the fifth time I refused to enter my phone number, guess what? All the offers disappeared. No free items, no $300 coupons — just gone.

The only problem with some products it’s not what they seem to be like this synthetic grass. It shows that it’s a roll and it has rubber underneath, when deliver it is folded wrinkled, and it’s just like very light paper. I returned the first one but again they wrote almost the same thing the companies that are working with them or they have to send the product as it shows in the picture.

So far I am impressed with Temu. They do what the said. When my item didn’t arrive and it wasn’t any update on tracking for 15 days, I received €5 voucher and immediate refund. The other items arrived before the expected time and some of them are really useful and costed less than I would pay elsewhere. The others that they didn’t live to the expectation, will be returned and hopefully TEMU’s return & refund process will be as promised, too…
