The worst and the most useless betting company on casino and slots. All they care about is to take your money and nothing else. No bonuses, very bad payouts including endless bugs. If you ever want to play some slots and actually entertain yourself or have fun, do stoiximan instead. Much better payouts, fully working games and ofc a way bigger variety of betting options than they have. Don’t even think about creating an account to them and put money on their casinos and slots. You just know that you’re donating money at the time. So if you want a better playing experience you just know what to do. These guys don’t even know how to treat their costumers. They need to do a lot more if they even want to compare to the other great betting companies. I have a lot of experience in online betting apps and I’m just surprised of how bad they are! I hope my review will help some people.
Developer Response
Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. We are truly sorry the experience you had on our platform was not the one you expected. Our utmost priority is for our players to enjoy themselves while using our services. The casino games we host on our site are designed by well-known providers presenting a highly acknowledged credibility in the iGaming industry. As a result, Return to Player percentages are preset and payouts cannot be manipulated in any possible way. Novibet, like any other online casino platform, merely rents the slots from game developers which practically means casinos don’t have the kind of access required to change core settings such as RTP. As for the bonusing, rest assured that each account is being reviewed on a daily basis, and should it be eligible for a bonus, depending on their activity players are rewarded with cash, free spins, or free bets.
Stay away
Efthfotis
I though this could be a very interesting betting company, offering betting markets that noone else was offering, plus casino free spins every day which was helpful. After one year I can summarize this is the worst possible solution for any bet player. After a friend visited my place and we watched a game while betting (each on a separate account) they locked both accounts keeping our money for more than 2 months. Customer support gives no explanation other than “your account is under review”. After searching for similar cases, I ffound other players are getting the same response after one year!Stay away from these fraud company

Dear Efthfotis, Thank you for your comments. We understand your frustration regarding the suspension of your account but the use of the same IP address by different accounts can raise concerns about potential fraudulent activity. In such cases our system may flag it as a security risk. Trying to ensure the safety of all our customers, we have certain measures in place to detect and prevent any potential threats. Unfortunately, we do not have more information regarding your case, but we ensure you that all measures taken in order to protect both our users and the integrity of our platform.
Terrible experience
Acronym3259
At first place it makes think you are winning. But after some months and lots of deposits your account gets nerfed and rigged so you never win again the same times and amounts any more. Bonus in games starts to feel way off, even you get 0 profit of in row bonus wins. Buy bonuses also are terrible. Anyways, at the end you get terrible experience and having no fun at all as the before sessions you play. The “good” is you get some bonus from the Novibet team in games that again never pays you back at least to stay in game and continue. Novibet club is terrible and as a wager of 28k to get back 40€???
