I think it would be very helpful if users could make more bookings through the app. Limiting bookings to only three is quite restrictive, especially for people who want to follow a consistent gym program without having to call the gym or visit in person to book additional sessions. It would also be great to see the number of available spots in each class, so users can easily plan and join sessions together with their friends.

I would be useful to be able to add the barcode to apple wallet, and for the notification reminders to work. I only got a notification the first day I updated the app.

Although the gym in Nikaia is amazing and everyone is really kind, the new cancellation policy is frustrating. It penalizes you for adjusting backup appointments or handling last-minute emergencies. Now, I just wait until the last second to book, and there are only a few slots left, which makes the customer experience worse and increases booking anxiety. Also, the app should show the trainer's name, class difficulty, and specific details for me to know what I’m booking (e.g., hanging exercises for Cadillac Pilates). Please fix these issues!

What is this we get banned for two days do you understand that we pay a lot of money and you’re not letting us go to the gym that we pay every month to go to just because something came up and we canceled ??? Am stopping my membership like now
