I am a premium customer for years now, but I’ve just about had enough of this service. I have excellent internet, other streaming sites work perfectly for me, but on 3 seperate devices, Crunchyroll consistently provides laggy streaming, slow buffering, delay bugs, low quality videos and endless endless app bugs. I am so sick of the amount of times I’ve had to sign out and in, resinstall the app, switch to a different device JUST to get the most basic of service from you. It’s unforgiveable how bad the apps have been lately. I used to love Crunchyroll because of the great show selection, but I cant watch a single show without buffering interruption and I am done paying for this. There are competitors in the market now and you can’t afford to treat your loyal customers like this.

I really liked reading comments after each episode, so see other peoples opinions and to share some of my own. But it seems that Crunchyroll has decided to remove comments, which really might be a deal braker for me. App is good otherwise (most of the time) justice for comments AND reviews. Why would you remove reviews??😭😭😭

I would enjoy CR much more if it actually refreshed the playlist and wouldn’t bug out the next episodes. It sadly seems so frequent that I think it’s a feature instead.Every single next episode will not play, instead a “whoops” screen is displayed to tell something went wrong, and the playlist stays on the episode I just watched. For this reason I’ve watched many episodes, dropped from the queue, and found out that they aren’t recognised as Watched by the app.I’m a paying customer and I genuinely want to know what the hiccup is. This has been going on for months. Tried reinstalling and cleaning, but nothing works. This has to be corrected, otherwise sofa marathons are out the window.

Good app but recent updates made me unsub and delete the app. 🍉

Sometimes when i continue watching it starts the episode from the start and i have to remember where i was. Subtitles disappear time to time and i have to restart the app. Add a skip intro/recap button. Streaming to chromecast/airplay is so laggy and unwatchable.

Has a lot of anime serieses and really good ones but it’s hard to watch them if every like 2-3 minutes that advertise the same stuff with ads that can’t be skipped
